Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Watsonville

They are always busy between 4:30-7:00pm and while more times than not you can just drop in and pick up a 'Hot & Ready' Pepperoni or Cheese Only pizza, as well as 'Deep Dish' (thick and very filling off just 2 pieces) or a 'Extra Cheese/Pepperoni' pizza togo, if you can, 'call in' your order or place it on line so you are guaranteed your order without waiting. Whoever is back there making the pizzas do an awesome job. Surprisingly it does have decent flavor for what you are paying for, but I'm sure there will be those who complain like they are paying $25.00 for a Full Pie like other local places, please remember, this is Little Cesar's. You get what you pay for, and in my opinion we are the ones getting away with a deal. Oh! And don't forget that bag of 'Crazy Bread' that stuff is 'Fire'! 🔥 Parking is a little tough, if you can park on the side by 'Auto Zone' or the side street. Went on dec 24 around 7 pm lady in cashier was very rude.i stood there over 5 minutes didn’t ask me if I needed help when I approached her she was bothered, she then got my order wrong and gave me the jalapeños pizza I wanted pepperoni she got upset and turned her back at me very apparent she was bothered and annoyed. I asked for Ravi and she charged me and it’s fine it’s store policy however she gave anyone in store free Ravi in front of me also she gave the pepperoni pizza to a customer who was behind me. Never again will I go to this place especially on Christmas Eve. What a horrible expletive I sure hope this lady is in. A better mood with other people because she clearly want very happy and nice to me. I have never in my life left a review and I felt like I had to. This lady is so disgustingly disrespectful I would not one someone like that working...

I ordered online and was expecting to be able to get my food through their portal. However, the email said see cashier, portal was not available. So I waited in line for 30 minutes. I was frustrated and spoke with the manager. Ordering ahead online is suppose to save you time. They were very busy, I kinda felt bad asking for a refund, but I did everything ahead of time to ensure I was not stuck in line. The manager quickly refunded me and gave me the meal for free. She wasn't rude or irritated. If you are going to order ahead make sure you still account for waiting in line until they fix the portal. Negative experience was...
