I am writing this because of a shocking disappointment. This was during last weekend, but I finally have time to write this now.
My family and I was driving through via 129 and stopped by American Fuels for gas then went over to McDonald's for restroom & meal break. My father in law has prostate cancer, so he had to go to restroom first before ordering since he could not hold it any longer without duress of being in pain from holding back. He rushed in the restaurant and requested for access to the restroom, but the staff quickly rebuked my father in law with an attitude (that's how he viewed it at least). This caused an escalation and confrontation over a BASIC NEED that everyone has. As a result, my family of 7 people decided to not eat at this McDonald location because of terrible treatment towards an elderly.
I completely understand that your staff might be understaffed, stressed, and overwhelmed because of COVID-19. I emphasize your team's struggles. However, that's NO EXCUSE to mistreat anyone over their basic needs via confrontation and denials.

When she gave me my receipt it was wrapped up so I figured my change was there, but it wasn't. SO as I drove to the second window and immediately said she forgot to give me my change. She had me waiting over 20minutes while she counted the cash in the register. Finally came back to the window with an attitude and yelled at me that I must be confused and she couldn't help me. I ASKED her for my food she still had not given me, and she said "I gave you your food already" Long story short this lady kept my money and I Had to call Watsonville Police to interfere because she refused to give me my food I had already paid. First, when I got to the order speaker, I had to wait for almost 10 mins before anyone in the line moved. Then they skipped over me and took the order of someone who was originally behind me at the other speaker.
Next I had to wait another 10+ min for my order, while they finished the orders of the all 4 cars behind me. Then they messed up my order and gave me small fries when I ordered large fries, so they basically stole my money.
Lastly, I called them when I got back home and no one answered the phone listed for the store.
