Employees here are incredibly rude! I walked up to the window to order a small blizzard and the gal that took my order did not say hello, how are you, or what can I get for you. Instead she just stared at me, had no idea what oreos or reeses peanut butter cups were, and walked away after giving me a dirty look. I had a coupon for a free small blizzard from the DQ app and I showed this to her, she came back telling me that they only take printed out coupons. We explained that the deal was from an app and there's no way for it to be printed out. The manager (or at least that's what we thought he was) walked over with an even worse attitude, to tell us that it isn't valid. Without knowing that this location does not participate in using this app both of these employees made us to look like fools and treated us very poorly. No spoken words of "I'm very sorry we cannot accept that, We truly do apologize for your trouble.", etc... I'm sorry if you're having a bad day, but don't take it out on your customers!!! We definitely WILL NOT be back to this location even though it has always treated us well and we live right down the street from it. The girl taking our order asked after every person we ordered for âis that itâ even after my husband told her âthere will he 2 moreâ. She was rude and careless. When we got to the window she gave us our total and we asked her to repeat the order, she said âI donât knowâ... (so you know my total but canât tell me whatâs in my blizzards!?) We charged it and were not offered a receipt. When we asked for one, we didnât get our CC receipt we were given some b.s. one that comes from an old school cash register. Needless to say our order was wrong the blizzard cups werenât even full and the girl was rude (she has pink hair) and EVERYTIME we go (which isnât often) itâs lousy service. We will make the drive to Culverâs and get custard or go to Baskin Robins from now on. Even McDonalds gives better service! Management needs to open their eyes and train those kids better.    Read moreI am writing to express my concern regarding the treatment my family and I have received when coming to your business- both through the drive thru and when we go up to the window. While we love the ice cream, we have consistently experienced disappointing interactions with your staff.
On one particular occasion, my daughter ordered a Blizzard but was served a cup of ice cream with the Blizzard contents on top. When she approached the manager to address the mistake, she was met with resistance and was repeatedly told that she had ordered incorrectly, which was not true. Regardless of the specifics of the order, we believe that no manager should argue with a customer. The customer is always right, and there should be no reason for a manager to engage in an argument with a patron, especially over a blizzard.
