First off I placed an order over the phone one dinner of tacos and a breakfast with chicken, grits and eggs. They duplicate my taco order because they don’t speak good English, which wasn’t my fault. I had to pay for it and the. Wait in the restaurant for 20 mins because they couldn’t get the taco dinner order correct! They didn’t even start on our meals so we basically called for no reason. Horrible experience and poor customer service. They need to get people in there that can understand what people are saying and stop rushing the customer or doing what they want. End result they lost a good customer been coming for years. And the kicker is they asked me to bring food back to them from yesterday to get a credit from a mistake they made! My family and I loved going there but after a recent experience, we'll never go back again. They ended up charging us $15-$20 dollars extra on our meals. They never even said how much it would be, they just charged the card. When my husband got home he realized they'd charged him $86 dollars when it should have been around $60. The tip had already been left on the table. I called them back and I gave them a run down of the items and how much they cost (the cost per item was written on the side of the check) and she made up some stuff, but in the end she didn't know what to say so she hung up on me. first and last time coming here, we were VERY unsatisfied with our meal and it was CRAZY over priced.
