Just want to say that I would not be writing this review if management or corporate responded to my complaints.
My last order I prepaid for a combo online that includes a stuffed crust pizza w/dipping sauce, a 2L of sierra mist, and bread sticks.
I get to the store after I received confirmation that my order was ready to be picked up and to use the portal.
First off, this store is absolutely disgusting. Every surface has visible grease and dust on it. Straight outta kitchen nightmares.
The lady at the register is stressed out and yelling at people for paying with cash because she doesn't want to have to do a cash pull (wtf?).
Next I go to the pizza portal to grab my food. I punch in the code correctly twice, only to receive an error message that the code does not exist. So now I have to go wait in line. I finally get to the register and the lady yells at me to use the code. I tell her I tried that and it doesn't work. She yells at me to try again sir. Then I see the cashier scan a bunch of little chits or something, which I believe activated the code for my order..... So that was annoying.
The lady is still freaking out, the store has a bunch of customers in it now. I go to grab the 2L I paid for on my way out, and the soda fridge is nearly empty minus some Mountain Dew and apple soda. At this point I don't feel like waiting in line again, and figured I could submit a customer support ticket and get reimbursed. That was wrong, which is why I'm writing this review.
To top everything off. I get home and my pizza isn't even cut correctly, and the dipping sauce I paid for is missing. I ate like two slices of that nasty pizza and threw it in the trash. Nobody has responded to my feedback from this company, and y'all are never getting a penny from...
Read moreThey have gotten my order wrong 100% of the time all three times I've ordered from them, then they don't even call to rectify the problem after you make a complaint. Heck I'm not even sure I got refunded for their last screw up two weeks ago- because not one person called. They notoriously forget any free add ons that you use a coupon code for (again, all 3 times I've ordered, my free item was not sent) Then when you call the location about the issue that you want to fix before closing, they don't answer their phones AN HOUR before close! There is an 800 number for consumer issues which just so happens to also leave you on hold for 20+ minutes. THEN they cannot ask the store to resend an order, only issue refund (which they said takes up to a week) What if you still need the food to say, feed your family?? I don't know what's happened to this franchise but if you're trying to save money this is just a ton of aggravation. I'll never suggest this place. Pay a little more and get the right order, better service and less stress. I only gave one star in order to...
Read moreService is ok. Sometimes pizzas undercooked, so there's that. Biggest issue though is this franchise location is too small for the amount of traffic it gets during peak times. Insufficient waiting area and people going in and out or waiting in line end up crossing past each other all the time. Really needs a layout change with separate entrance and exit doors to keep people from stepping over each other and a bigger waiting area with more seating. The location is very good for them it seems (lots of apartments nearby), so most of the problems could be fixed if they just got a larger space in the same plaza and relocated within walking distance of where they are now.
Down to 1 star now. Service is really slooooooow. New really pale (hispanic?) girl they have working the registers will try to scam you (and tries to play cute), make sure to get your receipt! Also if you're black or an older white guy, she will keep you waiting longer than anyone else. Shame because the customer service used to be much...
