Update: 9-17-23; So we decided on pizza lastnite. I had to get my favorite, cheesy bread. I realized I had enough pts to get a free order! That made it even better. So we ordered a LG Hand tossed Italian sausage pizza and order of cheesy sticks. It did come out to $27. I think that is still ridiculous for 1 pizza and sticks. We live like 5 mins from the restaurant. I think delivery fee should be based upon the miles. That's just my opinion.
Update 7-13-22: It's getting better at this location. They must have gotten a new whole staff. I appreciate them listening the the feedback from their customers!!
-Stars! Their customer service has gotten horrible over the past year! They must have had a huge turnover at this location! Not only has their attitude changed, so has the taste of their food! We ordered 2 chicken Alfredo pastas n a order of garlic knots- which was part of their $5 deal; guy on phone says its now $6; and it came to $24 n some change!!
By the way, they will stop delivering whenever they decide to these days! Called one night(on a sun) at about 8 or 9, and they said they stopped delivering for the night. 🤔
I knew the pasta tasted funny, but couldn't pin point it til my hubby said it. The pastas did not have any chicken?! Like seriously?! It was horrible! The noodles were hard and it had no taste!I gave the rest to my dog.
I called to speak to the with the manager today, and she had this nonchalant attitude. It's like, she knew there was going to be something wrong as soon as she got on.. "So what do you want me to do for you?" Excuse me? 🤦Never will we order from this...

I ask the employee what was the reason and she said she didn’t see the food in front of her face and couldn’t look me in the face when she said the weakest sorry. I asked for the number for the manager so I could call in the morning and this “manager” comes to the front asking what was wrong. I then told her that my food has been ready the whole time (20 minutes) and that her employer couldn’t even give a reason or say sorry. She then said sorry and that there was nothing she can do at this point and if I wanted a free 2 liter lol so to make up for my $40 dollar meal being cold she thought that a $3 drink would come close to fixing the issue. Not wanting to waste anymore of my time i said no to the drink and walked away. I live 5 min away from here and my food was definitely cold. Not sure if the people working there are blind or if they are high af because my food was literally in front of everyone’s face. Don’t waste your time or money at this place unless you want to speak with incompetent people or you like cold pizza at that point a frozen pizza from jewel would still be better. Also I ordered for half my pizza to have no meat for my girlfriend who is vegetarian and you wouldn’t guess what the whole pizza had...Meat under the cheese so she found out after taking a bite and eating something she hasn’t...

Granted, it was raining that night and it was a Friday night, after all, but by 9:20 pm I had still not received my order. I called to find out what the problem was, and was on hold for a couple of minutes. Then a young woman answered the phone and I inquired after my order. She placed me on hold again, and the next thing I knew, I was talking to a young man. He informed me that my order had been canceled, because the delivery man had car trouble, and could make no further deliveries that night. The young man went on to say that Pizza Hut had attempted to call me twice, but got no answer. I checked my call history, and there were no calls to my phone since I had placed the order initially. I told him that, but he continued to say that they had tried to call me. Very poor service, and no contingency plan to make sure normal services are not interrupted. (When you advertise "at home delivery," it shouldn't mean "if the car starts.") The only reason I didn't give this experience a 1-star rating was, they immediately refunded my money, and I didn't have to go running that down, too, as I had to run...
