I would like to share my experience with this business I have been in Waukegan for 20 years I have never been treated so disrespectful this business hire people that don't speak no English I went there to buy some food for my children and I got so discriminated that they went and got a black person to speak to me when I speak Spanish it hurted me so bad that my kids stand there and I didn't even know what to say to them the funny thing is nobody seems to care in the store whether they're treating you bad or ignoring you it seems to me like they're only cater for Latino people I don't understand what type of oil we're living in but for this type of activities to be happening in these business are not taking actions it's not fair because people are spending a lot of money with them and they are being treated so discriminated especially black people Latino people seem to have a cold where they are supposed to treat us good just for the money this is not right I see why Trump talks the way he does you guys are doing this please get your employees under good manners to respect people that's trying to speak Spanish the least they can do is work with them not go and get a black person to speak to a black person that's not right that hurted me so bad because I'm not even black I'm Belizean I know Spanish so do you know how I felt at that moment in front of my children trying to teach them to be respectful and try to understand Spanish while they're not even trying to help us with it or understand English this is madness and he wasn't even a older person it's the younger kids doing this they're becoming very racist and Prejudice because of the older parents please start teaching your kids about these stuff because there's good people going around teaching their kids to love one another while there's some kids out here discriminating other kids because of the color of their skin it's all in the business in store all over in Waukegan all of the michoacano stores does this I have visited everyone from Wisconsin all the...

Horrible service, if possible would give zero stars. Initially, we waited a long time for our order just to find out that the taki-locos were missing the main ingredient. When I called I spoke to Luis, whom proceeded to give me the option to go back or on my next order they would provide extra said ingredient. I went back just to stand in front of the register and being ignored by the young man, whom proceeded to help others before attempting to help me. He then turns to me and I explained the situation, he then goes to Luis ( seated at a table) to get the ok, I asked for a new batch as the one given to me was soggy. He brings me a cup of the missing ingredient, annoyed with this ordeal I asked again for a new batch to which Luis was called to the front. Luis stated that they cannot proceed with a new order and that's why over the phone he had given me an option to come in a different day, he stated he understood that they nessed up the order to begin with and that even himswñf wpuld not eat soggy chips. However, he had no problem given me a refund but not making a new batch. The time spent, the drive gpong back and forth is so annoying and unprofessional. The culture and management of the establishment needs to change. Never going back, this left a bitter taste. It’s the principle and I never bother to rate places but I am pretty disappointed. I don't know if you can say dessert is healthy, I will have to say this dessert is healthy. If you want dessert for breakfast or lunch or dinner this would be the place to go. It isn't just Ice Cream, it's fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, fresh juices, fresh yogurt, nuts, granola and fresh whipped cream. The staff was very accommodating, I bought our deserts and left without taking pictures. They let me come back in at closing time and take a few shots. Their product is extremely delicious, the presentation is excellent. I can't say enough good things about this location. it's just not a typical business in this area.
