On August 5th at 5:30 AM I was taking my friend to the airport and we turned into your restaurant at the entrance. I intended to go to the drive through but my friend asked to go inside, so I turned left once in the parking lot, rather than right. There was an older female outside smoking wearing headphones of the sort used for the drive through. My friend got out and walked in and she chastised him about coming in the wrong direction, which we had not done, we simply turned left rather than right in the completely empty parking lot. Sure, we weren't supposed to turn left in the parking lot, but the location had just opened and the parking lot was, I emphasize, empty. My friend then walked inside, whereupon a fellow I took to be the manager (an older fellow with white hair) chastised him about going the wrong way into the parking lot. He said, "I'm not from around here," and the manager snapped back, "you don't have to be around here to read a sign." Steve replied that he hadn't been driving. The manager made a further negative comment as I walked in. I didn't know what was happening so I asked my friend, who said he would tell me when we got outside. Once back in the car, he related the events, saying it was one of the weirdest and rudest customer service experiences he'd ever had. Frankly, it's best that I was slow going in as I'm a bit of a hothead and if they'd spoken to me the way they spoke to my friend, I would have had plenty to say to them both. Read moreI do a lot of reviews on places just the others know about my experience. I really don’t like McDonald’s but I had a taste for a McChicken. I came to this location because I loved their fry’s and the customer service. Well let me tell you I got to the drive thru window and told the man I wanted to add a large drink to my order and the manager on duty said what wrong he said she wants to add a drink she said to me “what do you want “ with an attitude? Then she said just give it to her “because I don’t have time “ honey boo boo you work at McDonald’s they always “busy” you need to find a different job. So anyway I go to pay the “ idiot” explain why call him that later my total was $6.18 i exact change, which was five dollars in singles , a dollar in quarters, 18 cents. Well a quarter fell under neath the car remind you the car at front of me he had dropped the the change. So he said to me I need to get the quarter I said it’s only the car I can’t get it. So he continues to say to me you’re a $.20 short which I was $.25 short I said look I can’t get the quarter is underneath the car and don’t tell me I have to get it because I work for McDonald’s before and that is not how it works. So I get my food now my fries are cold and old. My sandwiches I can’t lie. They were pretty good but the customer service I had between the measure in the idiots the window. Was uncalled for. Read moreI work right across the street from this location and eat there quite often on my lunch breaks, most of the people are nice and actually look like they want to be there. Yesterday there were a couple buildings that had lost power, I went hoping they weren’t one of them, when I started to open the door I saw the sign in the window that said they had no power but the door was unlocked so I figured they got their power back and forgot to take the sign off. I walk in and I was RUDELY told that they weren’t open, by who I assume was the manager, she didn’t give me a time when they would be open or anything but “who unlocked that.” Now I’m not one to complain about anything, as I’ve also worked in fast food and understand the pressure of having to open late after something had gone wrong. But the way this situation was handled was very unprofessional. This manager, I’ve noticed, has quite the attitude problem almost every time I go in.
