Today I had the worst experience ever at this Wendy's. I ordered a breakfast meal and two different breakfast sandwiches. I read the items exactly off the menu to order and the young lady taking my order questioned what I wanted as if I was ordering something not on the menu. I also asked for a lrg Cold Brew coffee with sugar substitute and cream. When she brought me the drink I noticed it did not have cream in it, she then proceeded to tell me that they do not put cream in it and she added the sugar I asked for. I questioned her to confirm she added sugar and not sugar substitute. She confirmed and I stated that I requested sugar substitute. She proceeded to argue with me that they only have sugar and Splenda. I stated that I was unaware of what kind of sugar substitute you carry, which is why I ordered sugar substitute. I had to actually say I wanted Splenda before she quit arguing with me. Then I had to ask for creamer on the side after I received my order. If I didn't catch that she put sugar in instead of sugar substitute I would have had a major issue, being that I'm a type one diabetic and would not have taken the insulin to account for the sugar. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. I've come to expect excellent service at Wendy's and this experience...
Read moreI frequent this location mostly for breakfast. The guy at the drive thru in the mornings is awesome. Always chipper and very friendly.
The night staff in the other hand is quite the opposite. I showed up at 8:55pm and went to the lobby and the lady there said Lobby is closed, escorted me out and locked the door. Odd because the posted sign says lobby open until 10pm every day.
I went to the drive thru and placed my order. I thought the given price was higher than it should’ve been (my order didn’t show on the screen so I couldn’t verify), so I asked for a receipt. I asked the lady (same one that kicked me out) why I didn’t get the 2/$7 deal in the two 10 piece nuggets I ordered. She said “you have to say 2/$7 to get the deal”. I replied “I said can I please get 2 of the 10 piece nuggets.” She said, “You didn’t say you wanted the deal, and my manager said if customers don’t specifically ask for the deal not to give it” ?!? I replied, “did your manager also tell you to close the lobby 65 minutes early?”
No offer to fix or credit it, and no apology. Said her piece and closed the window on me. Not to mention that I was two nuggets short anyways.
Morning staff gets 5 stars, but night staff gets 1 star. Rounding down to 2 stars overall since I’m sure management would be happy with a 3...
Read moreNormally no problem with ordering...today saw 44 cars in drive thru...maybe not 44 but a lot. So I thought maybe I can do carry out. Nope. Sooo there's a yellow sign that reads curbside ordering...right by the front door. And other signs red, reading curbside pickup. So I call to order a chili and a burger. I can see the man I'm speaking with thru the window. I asked him to please place an order. He said "we don't take orders for pickup, you can order on the app or...." there was a pause, then he said "we're too busy with the line and we can't hear very well on this speaker..." not sure if he meant the phone speaker on his headset or....? So I ok, thanks, bye...all I got was Click. Sooooo what is curbside ordering if you can't order curbside? I'm sure I'll return just am a little confuzzed (confused) There's a special wendy's app? But if they're too busy....what happens to the order? Does it sit on a table until they are errrrr done with the busy work? Why not just do everyone a favor and open the lobby...? Carry out....dine in....Lots of places are open for...
