Let me start by saying say this place has the worst customer service ever. Food is obviously the same old dunkin but this particular place deserves 1 star. They have now forgotten major things in my simple order twice in a row (months apart from each other). First time I ordered six donut holes, a couple breakfast sandwiches and they forgot the holes. I let it slide... I could lose some weight. The second time I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and first they took a while which I’m very patient. Then I drove 10 min back to the office where I divided up the sandwiches. I gave everyone theirs and obviously mine was not in there. I was starving So I drove back with the receipt and confronted them with the issue. The middle aged older woman (blue eyes) working the cash redgister proceded to tell me I was wrong and I was trying to rip them off or something. I was really surprised at her reaction. I was not trying to rip them off I just wanted my sandwich that my company card paid for and she forgot!!! Everyone gets a little hangry but I sure didn’t deserve being potraied as a lier in front of other customers in the business. After all that she made me my sandwich and I was on my way. Did I trust eating it now after complaining? I feel like she didn’t something to it so I chose not to and went down the street to the gas station to get something. Please if any one read this from corporate they need to have a taking to this place and their attitude and incompetence....
Read moreMy order had been rung up wrong, which is fine, it happens. What was not fine was the younger woman made the older woman cry about it. Then they gave me the wrong drink and had I known they'd make my correct drink wrong, very bitter, instead of sweet, I would have just taken the first one. Then as she was finishing my drink she spun around and knocked into a coworker, some of the drink spilled and I told them to just give it to me, because she looked.lile she wanted to yell at the same coworker, accidents happen. Then there was no cheese on my son's sandwich, which was a huge deal for him. They didn't have any yellow cheese nearby so they offered white. When I said no, they didn't make a big deal out of it, so that was good. They went to a cooler to get some yellow cheese no complaints. I'm not sure the one gal knew she made the other cry, but had I been on the receiving end, I would have cried too. They need to slow down and breathe. I was a manager at coffee and bagel for 4 years, so I totally understand, and I hate that I had to leave this review. I hope it's used as a training tool. Be kind to your coworkers, especially in a rush. They're going through the same thing you are....
Read moreI come here all the time and I didn't want to do this but it's ALWAYS hit or miss, never consistent. I come almost everyday and ask for the same drink and almost everyday they get it wrong, wrong flavor or no whip cream when sometimes I repeat "whip cream" And even the tag on my cup will say "whip cream" And then when I ask for my whip cream to be put on the manager a blonde lady acts like it's SUCH a hassle, but if they got it right the 1st time I wouldn't be holding up their "drive times". So the straw that broke the camels back was me going just a bit ago, I go through drive thru and order my usual plus get a small sweet iced tea. They hand us the tea and it looks yellow... Like it wasn't brewed with enough tea, it tasted like sugar water... I get my drink... OF COURSE no whip cream so I handed it back and of course the attitude by the manager... We pull off I get my straw in and it's PUMPKIN SPICE... I ordered Caramel. And of course I don't have a receipt to do the survey. They really need to get it right, I've worked at Dunkin and it's not that difficult. I may just have to go to Park st. Or Gammon from now on. Which...
