Can't say i am to happy, more like I am very disappointed in this place tonight. Ordered 70 dollars worth of food for a celebration tonight... thought all was good we ate the pizza (which was portioned poorly to begin with, have worked cooking pizza and it's not that hard to use rocking knife to make even cuts to slice 8 pieces), lastly got a treat which we hardly do which was the cookie/brownies (which when I opened the box I was appalled, even more appalled by what the male employee said to me about why it looked that way). Not usually one to say anything but I believe this was poorly handled. The male employee stated he didn't have a knife available so he broke it by hand and boxes it. And then asked rudely if I wanted a new one. Picture will be with post it looks like someone ate the brownies... what would u have done how could this be handled better? Idk but I am floored.... They delivered a new pan and was cut oh so nicely.
Plus Side Renee the driver was a sweet heart and was extremely nice. She needs a raise I know she doesn't get paid enough as I know what my pay was a few years ago delivering,...

I have received several wrong orders and told I would receive compensation for the mistakes and never received said compensation. Once I was sent the wrong pizza twice and was assured by management that I would receive special coupons in the mail to make up for it and never did. Another time I received my 32 piece parm bites so undercooked they were dough and the new order I received to replace them was a 16 piece and was not given back the difference in price for the 32 piece I originally paid for. The employees are always kind but the managing of the store could use some work. They also never seem to participate in any of the deals I find for most other locations which is a bummer. And delivery charge has been raised to almost 3$ and minimum order amount for delivery raised...
Read moreI made an order at 6:44, and by 7:44 I decided to call and see what was going on with my order. Ken answered the phone and when I asked where my order was... I was told that my order got to "old" in the warmer, so they were going to have to remake it. Okay.... So then I was told that if I wanted to come pick it up it could be ready in 15 minutes. Well... I wanted it delivered. That's why I chose delivery in the first place. Well then I was told it was going to be more than a 30 minute wait. Really? You messed up and my order is thrown to the back of the priority list and now I have to wait another 30 minutes? If I didn't call I wouldn't have even been notified of this "extended" wait. No sorry, he wasn't concerned at all, didn't offer any compensation what so ever, rude. Worst customer service I have...
