BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Wausau

I used to go to this location 3-4 times a week for iced coffee ever since i moved to the area a couple years ago. Since the normal morning girls have gone a few months ago, the ice coffee has never tasted the same. Not sure what's going on if it's not being brewed correctly, or being cleaned properly because if they're not mold is gonna grow.. same goes for sweet tea containers. I've tried reaching out regarding this and never received a response. I just want the old coffee back :(

Changing to 1 star cause things have got even worse. Only time i get something drinkable is when tom the franchise owner tom makes my drink. I paid extra for two extra shots which i can tell werent added, first got handed a wrong drink and the cashier kept accidentally calling my drink a butter bear, and i kept correcting him to caramel marvel. Half the timr they don't read your order back to you and get it wrong. The time before that i asked for 24 oz get handed a 20 oz and i can tell they just put it in a 24 oz cup and added cold milk to it. It just tasted like milk. I get light flavor cause they always add way too much. It really is disappointing every time these days. If i could afford an expensive espresso machine id never...

I was on the fence as to go to $t@rbucks or BIGGBY this morning. I decided to go to BIGGBY. I stepped in and there were several special needs people inside. They were enjoying their treat and each other’s company.

I just sat back and watched them interact with each other. When the owner, Tom, and his wife, Anna, came into the facility, all of the group greeted them joyously.! they knew them by name. Anna stayed and talked with the group of people for quite some time. You could tell that she thoroughly enjoyed having them there.

My sister lives out of town and has special needs. She is looking to move up here eventually, especially now that our father passed away. My mother will be coming to help my sister. Find a home for my sister. I will definitely be bringing her to this Biggby.

It was so refreshing to see a restaurant. Welcome them with such open arms. I cannot wait to bring my sister here to meet others and to feel like she belongs.

I cannot say enough good things about what I saw this morning! Anna, you are amazing! It is nice to go where everyone has a name...

I went through the drive thru Saturday morning and ordered an Americano with two shots of espresso. The person working asked me what size. I reiterated I would like two shots of espresso with water (aka Americano). She asked me the size again so I guessed medium.

We waited over 10 minutes in line. Originally I thought only one person was working, but there were three. One person was seemingly doing most of the work at the window while the other two were... Waiting? No idea why it took 10 minutes. The car in front of us had 2 drinks, not like they ordered half the store.

I was handed an enormous regular to-go cup of coffee that was literally just black coffee with water. I paid $4 for literal watered down coffee. Not to be overly snobby but how does a coffee shop not know what one of the most basic coffee orders...
