I’m so disappointed. I made an order for a pizza and I forgot to add ranch, I called and asked if they’d be willing to add a cup. I was paying with cash and the order hadn’t even left the stove yet. The woman said yes and that my order total wasn’t enough for delivery so I added some brownie cookie thing.
The driver came, He was nice I tipped him well and when I say down to eat, no ranch. It’s the main reason I called and how I eat my pizza. The store is 2 ‘minutes from my place. I called and asked if they could contact the driver before he got too far. The woman who answered sighed and said “I mean if he didn’t bring it to your door, he probably didn’t have it on him” She made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal but it is to me. I said never mind since I didn’t want to cause too much trouble. I’m sitting here trying to eat this pizza and I just hate it. I’ve been eating pizza with ranch for years now. I called and asked politely for some. And I paid for what I paid for. I called back, and the same girl answered. I said “listen I paid for what I paid for, I tipped nicely, I think I deserve some ranch, I don’t live far” because cmon I added a whole 8$ brownie thing to my order just so I could get some ranch. The manager cut me off, and said “ma’am you weren’t charged for ranch” and at this point I’m like “I called! Cmon!” She kept cutting me off, threatened to hang up the phone because I was “yelling”. Made me feel bad for wanting the ranch I ASKED FOR. I asked for a manager and surprise surprise she was it. I’m a loyal customer, I buy from dominoes allllll the time. And the amount of disrespect. I don’t care if it’s ranch, pepperoni, napkins, I don’t care. I paid for what I paid for and that’s that. If you would have just done the job right the first time, there would have been no problem. Now OVER SOME RANCH I might add, I don’t think I’m gonna order with dominoes again. Thanks.

Read moreTonight we ordered a salad , sandwich and pizza. (They were much longer than than usual!!!) The sandwich was definately lacking meat for $8.00. 2 little dried up poopy pieces! The pizza we noticed a few pieces in...that they put a white sauce that gave a funky taste to it!!!! So we called! The girl said she needed to talk to the manager. She said they need to pick up the pizza and would bring out a one topping pizza to replace. (I dont want another pizza and 45 more minutes!) I then asked to talk to the manager directly. After several minutes the female manager got on the phone. I explained that we were hungry and we did not notice the sauce right away! She argued that “we stated, we ate it! “ (No, not what I said!) I asked her to at least credit, for their mess up, Which she refused. She told me, because it was aten, they would only bring a 1 medium topping pizza out.( Hardly a fair trade or a deal considering they messed it up to begin with! )How does a sauce get changed? not to mention it was almost an hour! She bragged they average 45 minutes like its a good thing! I wasn't obviously getting anywhere. I told her “So your willing to risk losing a customer over this?” She said “Yes, and to have a great night! “ Wow! Go back to your old ways! (I will gladly take Angelos pizza over you any day!!! I’m just sorry I didn't think of them first!!! They have wayyyy better quality ingredients, and never had them mess up our orders not to mention their customer service is excellent!!!) Ordered pizza and wings today for our employees. We put the order in online and it said it would be done in 25 minutes. Apparently 25 minutes is their go to time phrase. We arrived to pick the pizza up 5 min after our pick up time. Food was not done. They told us 25 more minutes, they were "slammed". 25 more minutes passed and no food. Mind you, we have employees waiting to go on break so this is a little time sensitive. Now over an hour has passed sitting waiting. Food is supposedly done. The dude then tells us they messed something up so....yep, 25 more minutes. We finally got our pizza almost 2 hours after we ordered it. They didn't even bother apologizing. They did however continually praise one another for "crushing it". If "crushing it" means having undercooked pizza and waiting for 2 hours then yes, you guys "crushed" it alright. In the future it would be nice if you could be transparent about wait times and at least give people a heads up when you have to wait literally hours for food. BOOO...
