I used to be a regular at this Dunkin, but after my last experience I will never be back again. I was very excited to get coffee this day because of pumpkin spice being back. After ordering and paying at the first window, we were told to pull up to the second window and waited a very long time. When I finally got my coffee, it tasted like watered down cream. It had no pumpkin flavor at all, and it was just honestly disgusting, I had my husband try it to make sure it wasn't just me, and he said right away "omg yeah no there's definitely something wrong with that!" I said to the girl who handed it to me "I'm so sorry this just does not taste right" and she offered to remake it and asked if I wanted to keep the one I had, and I was like "no definitely not" and she took it back. We sat there for another probably 5 minutes to have a different girl come to the window and hand me my new coffee who made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience of her young life. Didn't say a word to me and just seemed beyond irritated. After she angrily handed it to me, she shut the window on me so fast that she didn't even hear me ask for a straw. We sat there for so long after that, that I actually had to physically get out of my car and knock on the window just to get a straw for my coffee. I joked to my husband "by the time I get a straw for this, all the ice in this one will be melted too. This is insane." The kid working there, the boy who came to the window when I knocked, gave me a straw and 3 Baskin Robin's free scoop tokens, which I guess was nice, but didn't say one single word to me. I worked in food service for a very long time in my younger years. None of this would have been acceptable at any place I have ever worked. Absolutely atrocious customer service and beyond disappointing start to my day that I do not ever want to experience again. This morning, we drove an extra 10 minutes to go to the Dunkin in Schofield. Great customer service there, and the girls at this one definitely know how to make coffee! Worth the extra drive, and we will be doing this...
Read moreHEALTH WARNING FOR NONDAIRY CONSUMERS: I am lactose intolerant and/or also possibly experience milk allergy. This store keeps making my oatmilk substitute drinks with MILK and despite what my order or receipt say, the label on my beverage still says "Milk" and "Oatmilk" each time for several weeks. I am still upcharged for oatmilk but the drinks all have contained dairy milk, which makes me violently ill. What am I paying for when I ask for a milk substitute???
I was coming to this Dunkin every day for months without issue and ordering a Matcha Latte substituted with oatmilk (with no flavorings or swirls or cold foam, which would contain dairy). Now over the past several weeks, I have been going less frequently after every order. Regardless of the day/time/salesperson or how I clearly state the oatmilk substitution or the necessity for care because of my intolerance/allergy, I am still given the same label on my drink each time that says both "Milk" and "Oatmilk". This label would clearly indicate to any person with dairy allergies that the drink that they were charged extra for milk substitute still contains the dairy allergen.
I am really disappointed that this happened again today. Your menu and website both blatantly state that the Matcha Latte with Oatmilk is a VEGAN, NON-DAIRY SUBSTITUTE that is available to consumers. If your baristas still put dairy milk, this is a false claim in your advertising and amidst the lawsuit that alleges Dunkin discriminates against vegan and non-dairy consumers by upcharging for dairy, let alone still putting the dairy milk in the drink after...
Read moreThis place has been open now for adequate time for its staff to know how to do their job . For the doughnuts I would say I have yet to get the quality that one would expect under the Dunkin brand. I have either received hard doughnuts that had the consistency of being stale.
Or if you order a chocolate ring in my case I was told they had none and that they no longer make them, when I went to both Weston and Rib Mountain locations on a whim and had no issue getting one. Now for the Baskin Robbins issues.
When I place an order for ice cream, I ensure that I say my order slow so as to not miss anything nor have a misunderstanding. I ask for a half Gold metal ribbon and half Snickers sundae with no nuts. Now let the crickets start to chirp, When I get home I get a sundae with chocolate chip cookie dough icecream instead of Snickers.
Now I know mistakes will be made as humans make them, but I just think there has been more than ample time, and a customer should get what they pay for, especially at the high prices they are being charged. I hope this review guides you should you decide on an outing to...
