This place was a pleasant surprise as far as the server, menu, and the food. Server was friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and attentive. Food was well thought out, diverse, and prepared with good in house fresh made ingredients. Food is locally grown, farmed, and sourced. We had the appetizer special of Crab Dip with marbelized onions with house made nacho chips. It had cheddar as baked accent (could be left out). But delicious! The BBQ Chicken Flat Bread was delicious. The restaurant was clean, well lit, and offered fast service (it was around 3 P.M.). The place is not visible enough from road related to signage - my opinion - but the food and service were a gem. It's tied into a theater and the entrance is hard to find. It needs a better signage including street signs to draw attention to its location. We drove around the buidling twice before we relaized/figured out the entrance is tied into the theatre. I'm glad we didn't give up on finding the entrance. It's probably locally known but it was a pleasure to find it. We just went to check it out for a menu inquiry and got swept in by the menu and friendly greeting when we arrived. ...
Read moreOur first time here. The staff was friendly. The pretzel appetizer was a mixed bag....the beer cheese was very good, although more of a garlic flavor than beer. The pretzels however were very overcooked and tough. The side salads were very good when compared to other restaurants side salads. For our main course we got the chicken Alfredo and the shrimp scampi past special. The chicken was overcooked and dry (too thin) but the Alfredo sauce was very good. The shrimp pasta was very bland even after adding salt myself. It needed more garlic or other flavors. It just tasted like plain pasta with plain shrimp in it. Both the strawberry basil lemonade and the dangerous margarita were good although not worth the $10 they are charging for them. This place has a solid start going for it, just needs some tweaking. We will try it again, although the prices for almost every menu item seemed about $1-2 more than normal (especially considering the small portions). Overall, it is good, but it...
Read moreIt was our first time there, and it's like a small sports bar and grill type of a place. It's attached to the movie theater, but still separate. The atmosphere is okay. What I am about to say, is not really a complaint, but just an FYI. It was a bit chilly in there, so I ordered coffee, which was Luke warm when brought out. I mentioned it to the waiter, he took it back, and came back to ask what I wanted him to do about it, if I just wanted it warmed up. I told him it was fine, he could just warm it up...I don't know if he just warmed it up for 20 seconds, but it was still luke warm. I do have to say, the second cup I had was from a fresh pot, because that one was hot :) The food was okay, but not good enough for what it costs. The waiter forgot some things we asked for, but that was no big deal. There is only one bathroom, that is shared by everyone, and there was no toilet paper in it...good thing they had...
