Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wauseon

Got home seen that the tacos were smashed like they were punched and my steak quesadilla was made with a ripped wrap. The tacos also were wrapped with like 20 paper wraps. Then basically thrown in the bag. Last time I go to Taco Bell in town. The time was exactly 1:35 when I showed up. There was no reason to do this. Also didn’t give me a receipt. So I couldn’t get a refund. I should of took a picture but I was so upset I just throw it away. There was no point. I hope some people know they get paid for doing their job. Imagine if you went to Taco Bell and this happened to you. There is no reason to do this to your costumers. 35 dollars down the drain just because some people want to be petty. Hey listen I get it I work as a cook either your having a bad day or just want to go home but that is no reason to act. Think before you act you don’t know these people something terrible could of happened to them and then you do this because you think your being funny or think you’ve had a worse day than them. I’m completely given up on Taco...

We walked in and were greeted with a clean smell, however, we also weren’t greeted by the employees for a solid 10-15 minutes and when we were, it was with attitude. My order was paid for and she walked away. My friend was standing right behind me.. like in a line. We ordered at the kiosk and needed to pay in cash. She walked away and nobody came back. The guy who brought me my food (mind you, before my friend could even pay) tried to help my friend and then was told not to. The lady called “Lori” told him to “just get back to line.” We proceeded to wait another 5 minutes before someone came up and took my friend money. My friend tried to make conversation with the cashier trying to be nice but was met with just rudeness.

When we opened our bags, my cheese sauce was barely half full and they refused to give me another when I waited another 5 minutes to bring...

This restaurant is tops. Had the best costumer service worker ever greet me at the window (said her name was Kayla) and she had beautiful colored hair and had visbale tattoos. She really stood out amungst your crew and was quite honestly the main reason my experience was as great as it was. I mentioned how cool her piercings must be (and got really shy and almost embarrassed that I pointed out her vacant holes) she mentioned that she wasn't allowed to wear them which is why they were out so I wanted to make this review to say that you should be an equal opportunity employer and let your employees be comfortable with themselves. She's already beyond spectacular, imagine what letting her be completely comfortable would do for...
