Edit 9-6-2024 I stopped in today over 2 1/2 years since my last visit. The service had definitely improved. Food was very good as was the cleanliness of the restaurant. I even left a tip for the young man who took my order as the service has GREATLY improved. GOOD JOB! Stopped into this location early evening on 4-8-2022; Just ordered 2 Sundays for the wife and I. Didn’t ask for a receipt as we know the price had increased, $5 and change… but as we stood at the end of the counter we were never given our Sundays. There were 5 employees working at the time, and several times I observed a few standing and talking while we stood there waiting for our Sundays. After a good eight minutes I decided to ask for my receipt and it took almost 2 minutes to get the girls attention. My intent was to contact the manager and share our experience with them. But I see the girl rang up a new receipt which had the current time on it, 6:50. We had already spent close to 10 minutes waiting for 2 Sundays. Well we stood for another 5 minutes and I got the girls attention and asked for a refund since we were leaving without our Sundays. She calls over a young man and he opens up the register and hands me a $5 bill. I told him that I spent over $5, ($5.26 I believe) which I dropped the change in the change cup when given my balance of my $20 bill back at the time of original order. So he says he would be glad to give us our refund and asked if we still wanted our Sundays. I did not answer as I was more than ready to get out of there, and he hands me a dollar and change. Read moreI’m very sad for anyone who wants to talk to management. I went in side today to talk to a manager, who could hear me out about this issue. I asked to talk to a manager and a man came forward. While talking to him a woman manager came over and cut me off to ask the guy what I was saying. I then repeated my concern and asked for a corporate number or someone above her so I could speak with someone who could get something done. She told me nothing would be done and was very rude and I am very upset at her reaction when I requested help from someone above her. She said no and didnt give me any information about how I could get attention from Dairy Queen. After I left I drove around and took a picture of the area of concern. Then in action I saw another DQ costumer do the same thing I did. Can someone please reach out to me . I am shocked that the manager told me nothing would be done and dismissed my offer of a solution. A reflection post in this area would ensure that this isn’t an issue for myself and people of our community. I’m trying so hard here to be heard and talk with someone who cares about the costumers . Management may need trained in how to assist customers bc my service was as poor and broke. As could have been. Feel bad for the guy manager who was there bc he shut down as soon as the woman came over . Again the lady was rude beyond belief. DQ Managers don’t want to help costumers or make DQ as excellent as could be. I would say DQ management is under trained and gives attitude to customers who if heard out just want to bring to attention concern. Read moreZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! Weekend night and all the outside lights were off before 10pm and the doors were locked, probably hoping no customers would stop. I should have just canceled my order then and saved myself the worst experience ever. Went back to my car and drove up to the drive-thru. The girl was extremely rude like I was bothering her for being there and cut me off when I was talking. When I got to the window she almost gave me another person's order because she wasn't listening to what I was telling her. Finally she handed me the order and shut the window in my face before I could ask her if that was everything. We could tell right away all the food was cold. We ended up not eatingany of the food because it wasn't edible. It was ice cold like it had been sitting there for an hour and i was even 10 minutes early for my pickup time. The blizzards on the other hand were not, they were completely melted. They also didn't give me everything I ordered. I will NEVER order from this place again....
