I would give this place half a star. I have been calling for weeks trying to place an order. When I finally got through and placed an order, I wasn’t given dressing for my chicken wings, I didn’t have the extras I paid for, and it’s on the receipt. While I was there picking up my food I heard a conversation that one of the pizza had a topping on it that it wasn’t supposed to due to a food allergy and that’s when the worker was told to disconnect the phone, and phone orders were no longer available. and that was an hour before I was told the closing time was. I was told 45 minutes on the phone, and when I went there after 45 minutes I was still waited 10 minutes for the salad to be finished. Due to the phone being disconnected I can not even call up to the store and have my order fixed. We paid over $60 for pizza for our family to have good dinner and it’s not even correct. I had my 8 year old with me, and she even said something about the customer service we received. The pizza and breadsticks were horrible. Worst pizza I’ve gotten from there. None of extra toppings we paid for was on any of our items. Our kids didn’t even want to eat the pizza we spent over $60 on. Very unsatisfied. I will continue to try to call someone and get ahold of an owner or someone who does something about this. Until then I will continue to post about how this was handled. I will not recommend anyone there and I will continue to tell people how I do not recommend this place at all. My 8 year old has also told people about how the phone was unplugged and her food was horrible. She no longer wants to order from tanos and this place was one of her favorites.    Read moreTonight we pulled into Holiday Inn Express, we greatly worried that this small town that looked like the back drop of the movie set for Napolean Dynamite would mean dinner was going to be a bitter dissent into to disparity and dissatisfaction when it came to dinner. As a hotshot trucking team of drivers my father and I stay at a lot of hotels and order food to be delivered to the room often. We are often disappointed in quality and feel ripped off by price. Not tonight though, not tonight!!! 10 piece wings for 8.49 expected tiny wings that would be over cooked, but nope these were full size wings and cooked so perfect and moist; that my father (who mind you has seen me devour wings my whole life with a delicious devilish grin of delight on my face) was surprised at how fast and easily I scarfed these down; leaving nothing but a pile steaming bones. We also ordered calzones; they were also delicious, but we were to stuffed to finish them.
Order here service is fast and the food was perfect, PLZ REMEMBER TO TIP YOUR DELIVERY DRIVER WITH CASH SO TAXES WON’T TAKE AWAY...
   Read moreWell I ordered garlic toast last night March 15th and it wasn't even cooked. It was basically a piece of bread right out of fridge with a little melted cheese. No crispness to it at all and cold and I ordered baked mac and cheese with bacon and no bacon and cold. I couldn't call last night cause they delivered it too close to closing time so I called today March 16th at 11:12 and he said it would be here in 15 minutes. But I called back when it didn't come in 35 minutes and the Manager that's on today said they can't deliver when it's remade the next day but he never said that when I called to complain. He's trying to say he told me twice so now I have a stupid credit because my husband had to use my car today cause his hasn't been working right and I can't drive his car cause it's stick shift. So I think Tanos is wrong. What do they do with people that can't drive at all to get their orders that Tanos screwed up the day before and it's too late to contact them the same day when you wanted for lunch the next day!...
