I agree with most of these reviews. I would give it a zero but I can’t so I guess it’s a 1 star even though it’s not worth it.

Posting as a “guest”….They advertise you can bring a guest…however in the gym now they say it is only 10-7. Nowhere in the contract does it say it is limited to those hours. False advertising????? No working individual can go to the gym at those times. Manger said they were not franchise owned, however there are signs all over the property saying it is. Then get told there is no corporate phone number???…sounds like the manager does not want this reported to corporate. Not heard one single good word about this place, and sure would never give a dime to a place that can’t keep their facts straight.

Heard really bad things about them charging accounts past membership agreements. We will see when the time comes. A as past PLANET FITNESS member I recommend driving the extra miles to planet fitness where the staff and overall company is trustworthy and respectful of their...

As I am not one to review, but after reading some of other reviews, in similar situations, I am going to. I signed up for a 2 year membership and it expired in January. After month of signing up. I was not able to go anymore (which not there fault) but I still had to pay under contract. Yet my membership expired in January, and here we are 7 months later just randomly take out a membership fee. When I called to question the fee withdrawn, I was told after 2 years it's month to month membership. Never did anyone mention that to me! ESPECIALLY when I called to ask when my membership was up. When we signed up we were promised one thing and then were told that it couldnt happen. We did sign up for 36 months since they admitted they screwed up they put us on a 12 agreement. I was ok with that. We move 40 miles away and I have been trying to cancel since 08-04-17. They froze my account and ABC financial still has not canceled my account. I have talked to Club manager and District Manager and they are no help. I just want my membership canceled. I have asked them to help and they cant do anything.
