Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Waxahachie

This place doesn't even deserve a one star but I had to put it on here to be able to do a review. Yesterday, I ordered from this location. I received the WORST service ever. I placed my order I waited for 15 to 20 minutes my order still didn't come, then my daughter received an alert on her phone that the money from the order was put back on her card. Then I pushed the button to talk to one of the employees, to figure out why the money was returned back to the card, then a lady employee told me they canceled my order. I asked her why she said because they had too many people. Then a male employee got on the Intercom real rude as if it was my fault that they canceled my order. This place is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Nevertheless, I contacted the sonic on 3298 I-35E, Waxahachie, TX 75167 to get the corporate office number. The employees were wonderful at the 3298 I-35E location, especially the manager Joe. Mr. Joe gave me and my daughter complimentary drinks for the ignorant and rude customer service that we received at this Sonic. My main thing is how do you let a customer sit for 15 to 20 minutes with a order you canceled and not even let them know! Very bad Customer Service. This is SAD when a "Sonic" Company that is not Affiliated with this Restaurant has to clean up " This Sonic" ignorant behavior. SMH! I wonder how many times this has happened and no one spoke on it. I'm pretty sure that this has happened before that's why it was so easy for them to do it again. Your company need major Training Classes on Customer Service. SMH, SMH, SMH! If you are going to eat at sonic, do not eat at this one! Since Sonic has been doing their 1/2 priced shakes after 8:00, we have been to multiple Sonics to take advantage. The order board price for a medium shake is $2.99 so that makes each one we order around $1.50 right. Well at every other Sonic we have been to, we have paid $1.50 plus tax for every shake we have ordered. But at this Sonic, they charged extra for the Peanut Butter Fudge and extra for the Peanut Butter Bacon. None of the other Sonics have charged extra. We brought that to the attention to the car hop and her response was that they were different. So, because this Sonic is "different", I paid and extra $0.80 plus tax. If we had made up these flavors I could see being charged extra, but these were both flavors listed on their list of 25 shake flavors. I feel that this is the same as listing a cheese burger on the menu for one price and then telling the customer that since they ordered it with cheese, they have to pay extra...

Go here all the time because i love Sonic but this one has some rude staff who either messes up orders or has you waiting forever, girl took my card inside cuz it wouldn't go thru where I order for some reason, after finally bringing my order, and took 8 minutes to come out so i called and told manager & i haven't gotten it & have to go cuz my husband only has 30 min lunch & i have to take it to him. When she came to my car, after seeing her serve two cars across from me first then bring my card, she had attitude telling me it hasn't been no 12 mins! So i tell her i didn't say 12 mins i said 8 & it had been cuz i was looking at time & she don't need to be talking to me like that she just rolls her eyes & walks away! I was expecting a " I'm sorry ma'am for the wait"...
