I came across Sarah Briggs from the post unlikely of places, but an ad on a phone game. My mom, may she RIP, gave me an appreciation of all that shines & sparkles. I'm not the type that jumps into things normally. My autism can get in the way of my mind set to let loose of control but I jumped in head first with Sarah. She blew my mind each month with the new jewelry subscriptions to think outside the box for myself. I wore things I would have never picked for myself and loved them. And I even got to work with her one on one to create a ring, anklet & earrings that had special meaning to me. Who can honestly say that they can work one on one with the owner of the company?! Despite all my imperfections & quirkiness she "saw" me. Helped me take the leap on things I would have never done including meeting her in person with my severe anxiety. She is an inspiration to a lot of women to start small and make their dreams come true despite living through dark times where she was beaten down. I was drawn to her mindset of imperfect stones having their own beauty and artistic flare. Many years ago I had to remind myself my imperfections are beauty marks to the battles I fought & won against abuse & adversity. I saw that type of mindset reflecting back at me with her thoughts on beauty. Sarah showed how every woman is to be celebrated as the beautiful muse they are. She makes it so personal as she names each collection after one of the women & makes them feel special for all that they are. She sees the beauty in each one of them and takes that fire and passion and creates masterpieces that come out every month. She decided to take her own leap of scary adventure and change her name to Two Fifty from Sarah Briggs but that didn't change the sensational beautiful woman that she is. Sarah takes each & every one of her customers down a path of self discovery of what works for each of us and what doesn't. Let's us try things each month with her subscriptions that we normally wouldn't pick for ourselves. It is like having a wonderful surprise from a warm friend to lift up your spirits when the world can sometimes not be so kind. And if you haven't been on the design wall to create a special piece for yourself then do not overthink it and just jump at the chance. She will take you personally by the hand and give you the experience of a lifetime making a beautiful heirloom that you can hand down to family members for generations. I appreciate getting the chance to meet her and cannot wait to see the new surprises she has in store with the revamping of her company. I've attached a photo of my first custom piece from the design wall. Gorgeous perfectly imperfect blue...

I am absolutely floored by the incredible experience I've had with Two Fifty Jewelry. To put it simply, this group of ladies, this community, is nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I joined, I felt enveloped in warmth, kindness, and genuine support that I've rarely encountered elsewhere.
Amidst a whirlwind of emotions and a tangled mess with my Roman necklace, these amazing women came to my rescue. Their unwavering encouragement and patience helped me navigate through my panic attack and frustration. With their guidance, I conquered the challenge, and today, I proudly wear my Roman necklace, a symbol of triumph and solidarity.
I must commend Sarah, the brilliant mind behind this exceptional community, for fostering an environment where every woman feels like royalty, like a true warrior goddess. Sarah's dedication to her craft and her customers is unparalleled. The responsiveness of her customer service team, ensuring queries are addressed within 24 hours, speaks volumes about their commitment to excellence.
Moreover, Sarah's personalized touch extends far beyond the realm of customer service. She understands the intricacies of life's journeys, including financial challenges and dreams. Despite a setback in my quest for the perfect engagement ring, Sarah's empathy and understanding shone through. She not only found the ideal stone but also supported me through the disappointment and eventual understanding of my boyfriend's wise financial decisions.
Speaking of which, Sarah's connection to the Dave Ramsey method resonates deeply with me and my partner. While dreams of my dream ring were momentarily dashed by financial prudence, Sarah's unwavering support and understanding reinforced the importance of fiscal responsibility and mutual respect in relationships.
To Sarah, her team, and the incredible women of Two Fifty Jewelry, I extend my deepest gratitude. Your love, support, and dedication have left an indelible mark on my heart. Thank you for creating a space where dreams flourish, where bonds strengthen, and where every woman is celebrated as the queen she truly is.
In closing, Sarah, I dream of the day we meet in person, to express my gratitude face-to-face and perhaps share a moment of laughter and camaraderie. Until then, know that your impact reaches far and wide, touching the lives of women like me in ways words cannot fully capture.
With heartfelt appreciation, your customer...
Read moreI used to love this company but they have become all about the numbers. They have way jacked up prices for plated items and cubic zirconia like they’re actual high end jewelry. The prongs on the jeweled pieces are shoddy, even in some of their advertising photos. I’ve heard others compare pieces to gum ball machine jewelry and I have to say, they’re not wrong.
They took away the best feature of the company, their of-the-month subscriptions. Now they put out collections each month and have items at half price for a few days before going to regular price but even at that discount, they are more than the cost of subscription items. Some significantly more.
They make you pay them to repair items that break, regardless of the situation which typically is because the welding is done poorly. Their quality control is atrocious. They over promise and under deliver regularly. I get the feeling there are a lot of rush jobs because they are so frequently far behind in delivery times.
They also doubled the cost of shipping in addition to raising the base amount needed to reach free shipping while lowering their referral discount incentive.
A bright spot for the company used to be her fan page. Women shared real life ups and downs and supported each other while enjoying sharing in a mutual love for jewelry but over time, those personal posts were removed and the group became literally just a fan page where you either praised the brand or shut up. Even a comment saying an item wasn’t your favorite would get removed.
What prompted me to finally leave was the ridiculous drama that was handled publicly and completely misconstrued. Lies were told to drum up sympathy and boost sales. Sarah even pleaded to the group to write good reviews to undermine the poor reviews from those who have had enough of their poor service and were tired of being ignored. Don’t waste your hard earned cash.
ETA: Maybe you should spend less time being hurt and more time listening to the customers who once trusted you. Or would you rather just...
