Me and my wife decided to eat here yesterday after multiple recommendations from family and just let me say I've never been this let down by a restaurant. I almost never write reviews but after how rude the guy at the checkout was I have to. I ordered the shrimp alfredo and my wife ordered the chicken tacos, and both were hardly edible. The fettuccine noodles seemed more like pappardelle noodles they were so thick, and they were over cooked, soggy, and tasted like they'd been in a microwave. The sauce was runny and had a sour flavor to it, and was bland other than that, as well as the shrimp. The tacos looked and tasted like they were thrown together with the cheapest ingredients they could find, with what looked like Taco Bell cheese and lettuce on a soggy shell, and again was lacking of almost any flavor. We are not picky by any means but for over $35 total we expected at least an edible semi-good meal. The chips and salsa were ok, probably the only thing i'd eat there now honestly.
We didn't eat hardly any of the food since it was so gross, so we politely asked the (assuming manager) at the register if we could have at least some money off and like I said I get it from their side too they have to make money, but he only took $5 off and gave us a super rude attitude about it. The server was nice but they could use more than 1. It may not matter to them but I'm definitely not recommending this place to anyone, not worth the...
Read moreThe fiancé and I tried this place today for the first time ever after really wanting some Italian food. Needles to say, making pasta at home or Olive Garden would have been better in some ways. Service wasn’t a big issue the lady was nice unfortunately the menu online apparently is not up to date coming from her and there shouldn’t be a menu online. How can you properly run a business and not have correct pricing. Fiancé got chicken and shrimp Alfredo for $17.99 I understand prices are going up but good lord that’s insane!!! I don’t know of anyone around who is priced that high. It wasn’t a great big portion, very bland, no seasoning, hardly any sauce, over cooked chicken and cold shrimp. The “breadsticks” 2 out of 4 was burnt the other two were eh okay. Mine was amazing besides the fact that it was a little greasy but still wonderful, not to sure why we paid $14.99 for 4 big raviolis but considering it was actually really good I’m not to bothered by it. $35 for dinner for two with only entrees is a little steep for a “mom and pop” restaurant. We are all about supporting your local restaurants but, maybe this one is not for us. Hopefully in the future we can give this place another try and change our stars, we sure were hoping to find a little mom and pop place...
Read moreFOOD POISONING! The menu was confusing and I ordered the wrong thing. I called to ask them if I can change it and they were really rude saying, "But we already made the other item" in a rude tone. When the food got home, not only was one of my items missing from my order but also the cheese sticks didn't have any cheese in them but one! What the hell.. After 30 mins of eating, my family started to feel a bit sick. Fast forward 2am and we're all throwing up. I've eaten there before and had no issues but I wonder if they did something to our food because I changed my order and they had attitude on the phone. Update: 8/24/19 We decided to give this place another try. The food was nothing but oil and pasta sauce. Shrimp is over cooked. Chicken was good though. Canoli is good. Love the cream...
