VITA COFFEE HOUSE — Restaurant in Waxahachie

This place is so cool!! Yes, it’s got yummy drinkies, and it also is so aesthetically pleasing, but the most valuable part of this shop is its peaceful feel. The barista, McKenzie (?) was super sweet and gave a lot of details when asked about drinks. I ordered an iced matcha with rose syrup. At first sip, I couldn’t really taste the rose syrup, and I wasn’t going to ask for correction. McKenzie (?) offered to give me more! I thought that was special because she could have just assured me that it was included and said something about it being purposefully subtle. Victoria, the owner, is probably playing a significant role in the shop’s aforementioned peace. She was very kind and answered my questions about her business. Victoria said that the shop is named after the Italian word for life. She had many cool things to say about what inspired her family’s business. I love a place that is appealing, does their craft well, AND consists of people with good character. I don’t know these women, but I do believe a lot can be said about how they present themselves to their customers.

I believe Jesus is God and that we can join Him in loving others, and so I pray blessings on this business. I pray that it would thrive and be a place of comfort for the community. I used to like this place all right, my husband is the one that really likes it, not sure why. This past time I went I was trying to read the menu with my two small children, which can be a task in itself, and I was interrupted twice with "we can make that iced". I felt rushed, so I didn't really get a good look at the menu before ordering. After I ordered my almost $10 latte, didn't change anything but ask for oat milk, I walked to my car with my two small children and my 3 year old stepped in a GIANT pile of what looked like dark chocolate, then got into my car and got chocolate all over my car, so my $10 incredibly sweet undrinkable coffee now will cost me

This little cozy home away from home is the perfect spot whenever I need a little pick me up and some good vibes. This place not only has some of the best lattes around (especially their Signature Rose Latte), but they have some of the BEST Baristas I have ever had the pleasure of meeting ❤️ they always make you feel at home, they remember your name & favorite drink whenever you stop in weekly, Lol, and the next best thing I love about this place is their ready to-go bags of fresh coffee beans for you to brew at home and OMG, the local fresh pastries delivered weekly!!! Y'all this place is a cozy little dream you may never want to leave...I mean, they even have a little clothing boutique attached to them right next door AND a mini hair salon with a outstanding lash lady and hair stylists!!!
