Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wayne

Was in there today and Cindy waited on me. First of all she was rude to employee like she wasn't fast enough and i was only only in the line. So i placed my order. Got a large iced mocha coffee with regular milk. It tasted like it had poor whole thing of mocha in the cup. Will Cindy very impatient with me kept saying whats wrong with it and was trying taste it and tell her and she had the employee poor half of it out and it didnt taste right. Ask her name because she was just rude and being hateful. She said im the owner and im the owner, well i said im paying customer and you dont need talk to me like like that or treat your employees like that. Also the other employee she was african American she was back there making fun and thought this was all cute the was the owner had treat me and the other lady. Much like everyone else, I’m here to just express how wonderful the cashier is. She warned me against adding sugar to already sweetened French vanilla and also took time to explain the differences between the syrup and the other. Then she politely demanded I let her know how it tasted in the event I didn’t like it. Anytime a customer walks in she greets them by their first name and knows what they want. I have been here for about 30 minutes eating and nothing has changed, this woman is a rock star! It is obvious she has loyal customers that come in to see her and if I owned my own company I would try to hire this woman on the spot.

So I’m just going to start off by saying the people that work here are good people. But unfortunately, they are very slow in my opinion. This is the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I have been to. The only guy that works cooking the food in the morning seems very lazy and slow at what he does. To me he just looks like he’s always high, I was in the store this morning literally the only one and I was there for at least 10 minutes waiting for a bacon, egg and cheese bagel, due to the guy just being sleepy and slow. If this was in my store, he definitely would not be working there. I’m sure he’s a nice guy and everything but he needs to put a little pep...
