Gong Cha — Restaurant in Wayne

I want to start by saying Gong Cha is my favorite boba spot. I have been to several different locations ordering the same drink and always taste delicious and I’m always excited to get Gong Cha. I placed an order for 1:30pm on 8/16. I was on a time crunch because I had errands to do after. I arrived and my order wasn’t prepared because the system didn’t notify the store even though I got confirmation that the store accepted my order. I didn’t mind waiting because no one else was in the store and only takes a minute to get ready. I asked for a large oolong tea, regular sugar, regular ice with pearls. I mistakenly put pearls instead of white pearls and asked the young lady if she can change it to white pearls and did. I was on my phone and when she gave me my drink, she gave me an oolong milk tea and was completely upset and didn’t bother to ask for the correct drink because I was on a time crunch. I threw it away. Every other location I’ve been to I have ordered the same drink for pickup and it’s always the correct one. I’ll still be drinking Gong Cha but not at...

Went in and ordered before hand around 10 min through the app. Walked in the man (Indian I think he wore no name tag) and he was on his phone with an ear bud and said sorry didn’t see you ordered. Proceeded to take 23 min to make the two drinks then sneezed on the drink. I told him to please redo the drink because of this and he he said he speaks no English… not sure why he’s working there or how he can understand me if he doesn’t speak English. Aside from that the holiday bad that was included in the order didn’t come and he said there weren’t any left but the app says differently…. Very unprofessional. Went on his phone as he handed me the drinks.. Terrible experience. Terrible drinks. Never had bad experience of this...

If you're looking for a bubble tea spot, this one is a must-visit! They have an excellent range of both hot and cold teas, with a fantastic selection of flavors. Their bubble tea is particularly noteworthy, and I appreciate the option to customize the sweetness level. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, as it's a new place that isn't overly busy, and it's impeccably clean. The staff are truly wonderful – very friendly and clearly dedicated to providing great service. Their loyalty program is another huge plus; we've already enjoyed free drinks and promotions through it! I highly recommend trying their matcha teas and definitely returning for their fruit...
