Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Wayne

My sandwich was 75% bread. I paid $12 for hard bread. There was hardly any meat in it. It was supposed to have Salami, Turkey, Capocollo, but it was missing the capocollo. I requested extra Mayo which also didn’t happen. The bread was so hard it cut the roof of my mouth. I put in an order for 4 different sandwiches with sides for inside pickup. They didn’t fill the drinks, they just put cups in the sack. You’d think since I ordered pickup and picked out what the 4 drinks were, they’d fill them and have them ready to go. Nope. They didn’t give me a drink carrier, so not only did I have to fill 4 drinks, I had to carry them out to my car along with 2 full sacks of food, and find 4 cup holders in my car to put the drinks. I wanted to like this place, but this is the second time I’ve been there and the food is bland and mostly bread. I’m disappointed with the service and the food. I...

Wrong sandwich from what was ordered. My roommate ordered 2 sandwiches through the Jimmy John's App. Mine was the Vito. The sandwich had Mayo (not requested to be added and not on the Vito) and I could not taste onion, oil and vinegar. The sandwich had the most Mayo I have ever had from any Jimmy John's sandwich and I have ordered from 7 or 8 locations in multiple cities in Nebraska and a couple other states. I am guessing the sandwich I did eat had ham and do know there was Tomato and light lettuce. I know they just opened and really hope the sandwich was a mix up when placing in the bag. If you're not in the store to physically see what they are doing, your order will not come out the way you want. I don't know how many times things have been left out of the order, ingredients missing, instructions not followed. Every single time we order a pickle, it's never delivered or in the bag when going through the drive thru, we ask for one of our sandwiches to be cut in half, that never happens. It sucks because the food is really good and beats subway by a mile, but there is just no effort put forward to reading the orders as they come in and we are sick of spending extra money on our orders and not getting...
