McDonald's — Restaurant in Wayne

Always an issue at this McDonald's. I come as a customer and a delivery driver and either way the service is horrible. I came one time and when I got food for my daughter and she had a cheeseburger, the cheeseburger was old and the cheese looked spoiled. I know the retention time for food since I was once a manager at fast food myself and you can tell it was way past it's time. I went inside to show them and even they looked at the burger with a face of disgust when I opened it and proceeded to take the burger. Once they gave me back the burger, I realized it was the same burger just heated up wrapped in a different paper, they said it wasn't their problem and if I wanted new one that I would have to pay for a new one even though it was their fault. I came as a driver today and said Good morning to who I was told was the manager and she stayed quiet and looked at my phone to see the order. She then took the order and threw it at me and went on about her day. The only way restaurants will improve is if they stop putting any clown they find in the position...

This McDonald's is the worst at serving people with health issues. I spoke with the same drive up associate three times asking him to please depress the button on my decaf coffee so I could be sure it was decaf and not regular. He repeated argued with me that because it was the only beverage I was ordering I should assume he would get it right. Considering I receive regular by accident a small percentage of the time, which impacts my heart, I finally complained to the website, and received a call saying it wouldn't happen again. Today, just two days later, I went back and received an unmarked coffee, from the same associate. A manager came to the window at my insistence and apologized profusely, while the associate stood behind her smirking broadly. At this point I am shaking with embarrassment and frustration, and am ready to contact legal help. If I were blind or in a wheel chair I would be accommodated, however having an invisible heart condition I guess just doesn't count. I know I'm just one shopper and won't be missed, but my business is...

my sister, friend, and i went trough the drive through to grab a quick bite before work and we’re met with horrible service. the person cashing us out seemed confused when we said keep the change and just gave us a look that made up feel as though he thought we were idiots. at the window to get our food the lady gave us attitude and closed the window when we asked for sauce. i know that sauce is free and that there is a limit of two so why the attitude??? we drove away and realized we were missing a few things and our order was messed up. our fault for not checking but anyone would drive away after that experience. my sisters chicken sandwich was just bread and a sad looking chicken cutlet that tasted like cardboard. my friend was missing their straw and could not drink their drink seeing as it was a frozen frap. my nuggets tasted like chemicals and my fries were cold and hard. am never coming back here seeing as this is not the first time this place has messed...
