Panera Bread — Restaurant in Wayne

My wife and I ordered two separate coffees from two separate Panera accounts that we have. The results were perplexing to say the least! About 10 minutes after ordering I went inside to check on mine and found it was not on the shelf and was not listed as being worked on or completed. It was another 20 minutes before it finally showed up. At this point I'm expecting my wife's coffee to be ready and start looking at the counter for it as well but the no avail. After another 10 minutes I give up and ask at the counter if the coffee is ready. It is not ready and they hand me a cup and the receipt for the coffee. Apparently this coffee has to be made on its own by me. The weirdest part of this is that her coffee required whipped cream which is not even available on the floor. Mine was easier coffee to make but was ready. There was a gentleman that was bringing the coffees to the shelf but there were simply no coffees for him to bring to the pickup area. That is until over 30 minute wait when mine was finally ready. This is a new location that we visited at least twice before it was even open because we were excited to see a new location, however this location has not lived up to its expectations as waiting a half an hour for a coffee is ridiculous. I think it might be time to cancel our monthly subscription to Panera.

Literally my favorite Panera in the world. The staff is incredible. They go out of your way to make your day nice. Malcom, Kim and Samara are 3 of my favorite staff members but the manager ALBERTO - he is also always so nice to me and he is very professional. His staff works efficiently under his leadership. The iced coffee is always cold and iced, and strong which I like. They have cinnamon powder for your coffee and all the hot teas and honey. I was hesitant to leave this review because this Panera is a gem and it doesn’t get too crowded in the morning. But I had to share about the staff because they are all doing a great job here. All the tables and bathrooms are always clean, which is not true about all the Paneras. But this one is perfection and I thank the staff for doing such a great job! Panera you should honor these employees! Cheers with a coffee cup! :-)

Waited at drive through half an hour.. pull up to the window they have my order wrong and have me wait even longer in the parking lot with a toddler in the back . (Why they didn’t have the person in front move to the parking lot and wait god knows)The worker comes out and brings yet another wrong order goes back and finally come home to the picture below . The manager on duty, the female with the name starting with the letter S , was rude and would not refund me because she said she didn’t know if I would end up eating it or not. Are you kidding me ? You got my order wrong three times had us wait an hour and you can’t refund my 16$ spent ? I probably spent that much waiting thirty minutes at the drive through and in the parking lot !! Shame on you ! Horrible customer service and guess what ? In the end they still got my order wrong !!! Greek goddess seen below.. I don’t think even my neighbors dog...
