Wendy's — Restaurant in Wayne

My family and I like to get Wendy's from time to time and thought we'd save time preparing food tonight by grabbing some from Wendy's. However, when we went to the drive-thru pickup window, we noticed that a couple of the staff (in the back where the food was being prepared) were not wearing their masks properly. The masks were on their faces but they were on their chins instead of covering their mouth and nose. One other employee was wearing the mask over her mouth but not over her nose which is, though not ideal, at least better than wearing the mask like a necklace. We voiced our concerns to one of the employees but were not taken seriously. Please enforce better health regulations. If you are handling food for other people, even if you don't have COVID-19 (or don't think you have COVID-19) you should still be careful. You never know... We will not be visiting this establishment...

I went with my mom and sister today and one of the employees handling the food was not wearing his mask properly. My family and I have been avoiding places that have employees who don't wear their mask. Furthermore, when the other employees heard us talking, they closed the window and when it opened again the employee who wasn't wearing a mask disappeared from our sight. My mother told the one who appeared to be the manager about it but they didn't seem to take it seriously. It's dangerous for them to handle food like that and it's unfair to the customers who may be endangered because of their carelessness toward the situation which has made even being outside more dangerous. Please keep your families safe and take precautions. Wash your hands before you eat, washing the bottled drinks you buy, and there are so many things we can do to prevent getting sick. Great place if under a budget; ordered a “$5” Biggie meal, and ended up playing close to $7. I asked the window attendant that I ordered a $5.00 biggie meal and she said I asked for a medium. Then I told her if I should’ve gotten a large instead for the five dollar deal. She laughed and said that I needed to get the regular size in order to get the five dollar deal, and I advised her I was never asked her about a regular deal, In order to pay the five dollars. Luckily I had change in the car; point of the story, the more they scam others for $1.00 +, multiply that by x amount per day, they end up winning without the customer knowing as it is not much...
