Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Waynesboro

Usually have a pretty decent experience. We usually order here often and almost always get it delivered. We are familiar with the usual drivers and they're pretty nice and food is usually done well. Except when I had this girl deliver one night. Didn't know her. Happened to look at the pizza before I signed, which I never usually do, and I'm glad I did cause the toppings and cheese has all slid off from being moved around while it was still too hot. I asked her what usually is done if I were to call and the girl was extremely rude. Long story short, she took the pizza back, threw the receipt in my house, and took off. I called the store and apparently spoke with an assistant manager however I suspect the delivery girl had called ahead or something to be so bold in being THAT directly rude to a customer. The assistant wouldn't give me her name which I thought was odd given it's never been an issue. All I wanted was to make sure she doesn't touch my food ever again and never steps on my property. The AM said she would talk to the GM and I got a free pizza. I just didn't feel like that was enough for being treated so poorly. It was pretty outrageous. Wish I got a call from the GM or something. I still don't even know if this girl is cooking my pizza... There are good workers there..but also some...

Food was fresh, however customer service, I wasn’t very satisfied, fella who answered the phone was very rude and snobby, I was trying to order a two tapping large pizza and a two litter coke and was giving a difficult time, by the employee, and had to go with one of the specials and food was delivered & I wasn’t asked if I needed my change , they pocked 35 dollars and walked away without giving me my change” when the store was called about it they lied about it and was disrespectful and dishonest to customer, whoever is in charge here really needs to look into this and hold that employee accountable for their actions, this is no way a business should be operated and I’m very disappointed and disgusted that a employee would rob a customer, they claim they only received correct change, however they didn’t even bother to look, they snag it in there pocket and walked away, what happens if this employee starts stealing from the store and does this to other customers, I understand from working food service that mistakes can happen however, I don’t appreciate way they had zero courtesy to check and see how much was giving and instead of admitting that it was a simple mistake and correcting it they lied to a customer, that’s...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this joint; Ordered a 'Extravaganza Cheese ' (Italian sausage, Peppers, etc. ). Waited nearly an hour and a half, Clerk didn't recall even PLACING the order and I told him i would check with my bank to ensure no charge was incurred and decided to order a small chinese takeout order instead. RIGHT AFTER finishing the order for chinese the klutzy delivery man shows up with the pizza.
