My overall experience at this Tropical Smoothie was a 4 but the service that the manager, Gia, gave was a 5 star experience.
The first day I ordered 3 smoothies including a Blueberry Bliss. We received the order after some time and at first, the smoothie did not taste that great. A little watery but thought after mixing a bit it would taste better. After about 10-15 minutes it did not and still tasted watered down. Didn’t taste any fruit at all and probably the worst I have ever had. I was completely disappointed about my smoothie along with my kids smoothies and called back. Spoke to Gia, she apologized and said to come back and she would remake our drinks.
The next day came back and Gia did not disappoint. She was very apologetic and personally remade our drinks. She was absolutely the greatest! We received our drinks in a short time and they tasted great. My daughters and myself really enjoyed them this time around. Great job Gia and thank you again for your friendliness and...

I couldn't taste the coconut, almonds, cinnamon or oats that are also supposed to be in this drink. Not even a hint of those flavors. Just mild banana and seeds. Ended up pouring out 3/4 of it when I got home.
For a single drink that only comes in one size and costs nearly $10 with tax, it should be a delicious...
Read moreTropical Smoothie has menu items I never knew existed, and I've always been happy with my orders. Other reviewers don't seem to be allowing for the time it takes to custom-make each order one at a time. None of their items are as simple and easy as an order of fries or something.
One huge issue is not specific to Tropical Smoothie, but over a short time, I've seen 2 customer's tires sidewalls blown out from the too-easy-to-hit curb layout in the little shopping center entrance. The solution I suggest is adding decorative fences that edge right up to the places with the blackest, most colidded with curbs so folks tend to stay away a little farther and...
