Staff do not wear face masks.
Counters are not cleaned regularly, various spots of dirt and stickiness noted.
I highly doubt the customer soda machines are cleaned regularly, let alone for COVID-19: preventative standards.
Even if you note your drink order on the kiosk they expect you to serve yourself from the fountain area. Currently there is a COVID-19 surge occurring in their area, so the self-serve machine should be out of service if it is not being cleaned between each customer using it.
The self-serve machine SHOULD NOT be the expectation for customers to use during our ongoing pandemic. The fact that the staff assumes so, and look at you oddly when you ask for your drink from the machine behind the counter shows the management ignorance, if not outright opposition to COVID-19 preventative measures that require only a modicum of effort.
Restaurants should not be adopting policies contrary to greater public health and safety. Especially, if these policies are politically motivated. Read moreThis is a little late in coming, but I strongly felt the need to pass this on. I visited this location on 25 Aug 25 at around 1740 during a bus trip stop for dinner. My first stop when entering the restaurant was to the bathroom, and it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. There was no urinal, so one was forced to use the only stall, and I left without using it because there was fecal matter all over the stool, floor and walls. I washed my hands thoroughly and left, then going to the food ordering counter. I waited for an associate as I had questions before placing an order, but after several minutes and having not even been acknowledged, I turned to the self-service kiosk. Here I found the screen smeared with what I don't know and I had no desire to touch it, so returned to the counter. After a few more minutes and still no acknowledgement, I left without a meal. Their food might be excellent, I don't know. But after seeing the restroom and ordering kiosk, I started to wonder what level of cleanliness might exist in the kitchen and elsewhere. If you order cinnamon Twists, you'll never see them! If I order 2 twists, I only ever get one! Today was the last day that I order from this store. The workers are very incompetent and have been for months. So today I chose a simple order, 2 beefy 5 layer burritos and 2 freezes. I received 2 burritos and 1 drink, I asked for my other drink. I was told I wasn't charged for it. So I tried to buy another one and was told they can't take my order at the window. It's not my fault the worker wasn't listening when I said 2 drinks and when she asked what size, I said BOTH regular. This taco bell is just awful.
