Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Waynesboro

Since the remodel, we have come through the drive thu on 3 different occasions. Each time there were probably 10-12 cars in line. Our order is always taken quickly, but then the wait is long. At least a 15 min wait…. Only To receive barely warm , half full ,with a lot of burnt crumbs, bottom of the barrel waffle fries.

It appears a lot of employees are standing around at the pick up area… maybe they need more cooks in the kitchen. Each time the girls in the pick up area were very rude. When we circle back around to get our fries replaced, she rolled her eyes and scoffed at us. It was very off putting and nothing at all like the excellent and friendly service and consistently good food I have always enjoyed at this location. They also asked for food back, which seemed weird and probably against health code regulations. The lemon shake was mostly melted, they took that back, too. My unsweetened tea tasted like water. But, I didn’t bother to even go there.

However, our chicken sandwich and the cool wrap were very good!

No one ever said sorry for the issue or long wait.Instead of my pleasure, we just got a death stare. I reported all this to the 866 number and I sure hope things go back to the way they were. Their customer service used to set them apart from other fast food chains.

Do Waynesboro proud and clean up the current employee attitudes. $26 for a cool wrap meal and plain chicken sandwich meal , lemon milkshake ( extra charge for this substitution). That’s too much to get poor quality food and...

My husband and I gave this chick-fil-a another try after messing up our food 3 times that was it. I never in my life have ever been to a chick fil a, that ever gave the wrong drinks cold food or some old man asking us to join his church, that was the last straw you do not hand people there food at the drive up , and make small talk asking us to join your church touching our car window, and not stay 6 feet, even if you had something to say ,you move back! You were in our personal space, and honestly that man needs to be fired because he’s giving food and we heard him do that to everyone, we were there to get food not asked to join a church , this place is robbery. They charge six cents for Sunjoy extra for that drink that’s ridiculous. No other Chick-fil-A charges a six cents charge for a drink that is already in a meal. This is ridiculous and three dollars in taxes. It was $28 for three meals it’s never been that expensive unfortunately we had a pass through here, I’ll never ever ever come here. You guys are robbing and you’re stealing just like my previous review that I’m adding to this review about your church loving God loving Jesus playing chicken and Jesus push. This is ridiculous and your food stinks and you may be late to my appointment and I am fed up with this place after reporting you to the higher up a CEO for your six cents charge on your son joy that no other Chick-fil-A does you have a bad manager a bad manager who needs to get down on his knees and pray to...

Well me and family have always eaten at chick fil a since it has come to Waynesboro. But last Thursday night me and fiancé decided to go get some eating to eat for dinner there. Well I went inside order my food the associate working the register was nice. I waited for my food and a young lady says my name. I grab my food check it just to make sure it was all there. There wasn't any of the sauces in there that I asked for. Which I know sometimes it's easy yo forget things. So i asked and you could tell it was a problem from the young lady. Then I couldn't get my food back in the bag because it was stuffed in there very tight so I asked her for another bag because it was so tight trying to get back in there. Well she goes and gets another bag and I heard her complaining to another associate about me because I said the food was stuffed in there. She was complaining loud enough that I could hear it. I felt very disrespected. I truly wasn't complaining at all though. She was very rude I had to ask for my drinks as well. Just not a good experience at all. I truly just felt like leaving the food on the counter even though I paid for it already. I said thank you several times and she just rolled her eyes at me what a sad day and time the world has come to. Not many more friendly...
