Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Waynesville

Very rude young workers. The order was delivered incorrect. When we called to have it corrected the young lady on the phone proceeded to give us attitude when we asked for the correct order to be redelivered. They then had a young male worker deliver the correct food 1 hour 45min additional and asked for the incorrect item back..pretty sure that would be against health standards and should have been mentioned on the phone an hour prior so we knew not to eat and/ or throw the unordered items away. Nothing was stated about them on the phone.

When we explained this to him he gave an rude attitude and said “you did not pay for those items so we need them back”. I explained we did not want those items but that was delivered to our home and surely you cannot take them back due to health regulations especially with Covid and everything going on...he said it doesn’t matter we can take them and throw them away you did not pay for them”I said that was an hour ago and it should have been mentioned on the phone your workers mentioned nothing about it. I cannot believe the rude treatment for them getting our order incorrect and having an additional wait, no apology I know it is such a hard job to get one cheese pizza, One pepperoni pizza and garlic knots correct. Geesh! We won’t be ordering from here anymore.I recommend the local BNb pizza or...

Update 9-28-21 Another burnt pizza. Crust is too hard to eat. Update 7-16-21 Ordered a Philly steak sandwich and a pepperoni jalapeño pizza. Both are burnt. A few jalapeño. Picture is the sandwich they allowed to be picked up at the window with the pizza. UPDATE... We order, but it's still hit or miss if the food will be good. The last 2 pizzas I personally had over the last 8 days were not cut so I had to tear them apart. The toppings are not consistent. I order the $5.99 2 topping medium. I usually have to move chicken and pineapple or I won't have toppings in most bites. I stopped ordering the sandwich and the bread bowl pasta. I like the premium chicken on everything, but now I only get 3-4 pieces and I have to get a knife and cut it up small. We have started driving to Lebanon to Little Caesars. They are consistent and have not messed up my order in 5 years. 6 months ago... We used to do pickup at least once a week. Now we dread trying. This was dinner last night. We will try again at the end of October to see if they have gotten back...

It took almost 50 minutes tonight to make an order we had been told would take approximately 15 to 25 minutes. When we arrived, a bit over 20 minutes after we ordered, we were told our order was next, would be ready in 12 minutes, and asked to go park out front and they would bring it to us. Nearly 25 minutes later, we gave up waiting and went inside to ask about the status of our order. The manager needed to go back and forth multiple times to figure out which order was ours. This might have been prevented if they had used those fancy stickers that label the boxes so they know whose food is whose.

And, if you are going to ask someone to wait another ten minutes for their food, but that you'll bring it out, don't forget to bring out the food. By time we had gotten frustrated, our food had already been sitting under the heat lamp for nearly ten minutes.

For one last aside, would it kill you to actually cut all the way through the pizzas when...
