McDonald's — Restaurant in Waynesville

Dont go here. We odered for our family at 1:40 pm. waited and waited and waited. Finally was able to get an employees attention to ask someone about our order at 2:10. So at this point is has been half an hour since order was placed. I showed them our slip with the time. And they didnt even know what happened. wait even longer for them to finally make order. Then its missing a sandwich. Wait. Further for that. Get it all to table, missing two fries. Wait further for them. Finally settle in to eat. All of our sandwiches had printed grill slips in them. They were all someone elses special order and all missing ingredients, also the grill slips that were in the wrapers were time stamped at 1:10 pm! So not only were we getting food that was over an hour old and not correct, the food had been made a full half hour before we even ordered. The manager did refund my money, but only after I complained and she didnt seem concerned or even offer an apology. also every table was dirty, and multiple other customers told them the bathrooms needed attention without anyone ever doing anything about it. Do not go Here. They...

We went hear the other night and walked in and the lobby was trashed!!!! All of the trash beens was full, there was trash sitting on the tables and all over the floors. We went to order and waited on our food. The water out in the lobby was not working so I asked the people behind the counter if they can give me a large water? They never got it for me so I asked again and she give som bad attitude!! I proceeded to tell her that I have already asked for my water and my food is getting cold sitting at the Table! So she give it to me finally. I ordered a Big Mac, my daughter got a quarter pounder with cheese. Both hamburgers were burnt to a crisp and the fries was not very well cooked and they tasted like they have been sitting there all day!! This not a way to run a restaurant!! Waynesville McDonnlds really need to get with it because they are losing there customers! Usually when you go through the drive threw they get your order Wong almost all the time!!!! I think I rather drive a little extra miles to get some good quality food and not having to sit in some lobby...

After placing our order inside, we received the food cooked/made incorrectly. I proceeded to tell the "manager" that my sandwich was made incorrectly. Only to have her go on a rant. At that time I simply and politely stated I can't help it if your employees can not follow directions I just want my good food the way I asked for and paid for it. She tells one of her sandwich artist to remake it, comes back to the counter and say very demanding and hateful "You can sit down now" (mind you I still do not have my food) i replyed that I will NOT be ordered around or demanded to do anything, or told what to do. That I would stay right where i was. She then mutters under her breath "Oh my God!" At this point it's taking everything I have to stay calm. I said "excuse me? That was extremely rude and uncalled for both the attitude and muttering. She turns around says "what I didn't hear you" i repeated myself. Only to have her respond in a very sarcastic way "I am sooooo soorrryy".

In general I have never had a good experience here and this "manager" was the icing...
