Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in Wayzata

I went there today after checking Google and the website to confirm the hours and that it was still open. No mention anywhere that they are closed for a remodel, except for the sign on the door. Last time before this, I went on a Saturday morning and there was a total of 15 bagels for sale in any flavor. I'm not trying again. What a shame for this formerly excellent brand to be so diminished now. I look forward to a generic reply from Brueggers about contacting them to tell them the details. They haven't earned a reply from me.

Ordered through DoorDash multiple times and have received both missing and/or completely inaccurate items. DoorDash is not to blame, they are simply a 3rd party company that picks up the order(s) and delivers them. Bruegger's Bagels employees do not take the time to ensure the order is correct before shoving it in a bag to then put on "DoorDash" for when things go wrong. When myself or DoorDash employees have attempted to fix the order (simply remake) they refuse and have put all the blame on DoorDash, which is unprofessional and irresponsible. Love their food, but not...

I go here regularly and I usually have no problems. June 1st I went and the woman at the register was not able to get my rewards number to pull up, even though I used it there the day before. She gave me the receipt to put it in myself. There was no code on the receipt for me to enter it in myself. She was rude and asked me what I wanted her to do about it? I suggested she do her job and she became more rude and disrespectful. What happened to customer service? She obviously has no tact nor does she have any idea what she is doing on...
