Rude service. We were being rushed in the dressing rooms and then rushed to leave the store. I had five items. I stepped out to show my sister something that I was thinking of buying for feedback. Attendant kept asking if I had more items to try on and was pushing me to finish up. When I left the dressing room, I was asked if they could take my item to the check out. I said I wasn't finished shopping. My sister and I spent less than 5 minutes total using the dressing rooms. When I stepped out of the dressing room, I overheard management asking where a customer had gone. They concluded that she had left while waiting for a dressing room. Management said, "we should start charging rent", as if I wasn't sitting right there. Extremely passive aggressive. I had found an item that I tried on and wanted to buy. The only reason I didn't buy any merchandise was because of the rude service. I understand being busy, but the other two dressing rooms were full before we entered and they weren't being rushed. They were still full when we left. I didn't realize there were people waiting. It's not my fault another customer left. They didn't adequately manage their customer experience or the dressing room time. It could have been handled much more professionally. Probably will...

While the selection of brands at this store is generally elevated, the experience left a lot to be desired. I went back and forth about leaving a review at all, but ultimately decided that folks larger than a size 6 deserve to know.

The selection of clothes larger than a medium is extremely limited. For a shop that somewhat curates their offerings this display of seeming fatphobia is really disappointing. They additionally had multiple instances of the larger size of two identical items being priced higher than the smaller size, with the one I asked about they didn't honor the smaller price for the larger size saying the smaller tag was a "mistake", which even if that's true is poor practice and reinforced the air of fatphobia. (We all know if I was going to buy the smaller size they would've honored that price.) The icing on the whole thing was one of the staff members shadowing me around the small space like I was going to steal something.

I love this place so much! I love recommending friends and family to come for the top tier clothes, and the amazing finds that are unique! Kim is fantastic at finding unique items that fit the person I am. I go there looking as frumpy as a garbage bag, and she makes me feel so good being there, helping me find the best options for any future events. I’ve always been greeted with the upmost respect and gratitude for being there. I continually go there and recommend people to go there because of the Gold standard overall service and sophistication!
