We've used JJ's a lot in the past, but lately it's a mess. I placed two different orders in the mobile app this week, both between 5:45pm-6:45pm on weeknights and both times the store was closed. Monday evening we waited over an hour for the food and finally drove by the store to find them closed. I called the next business day the store was open to get a refund for that order (July 5th). Despite having a confirmation email, confirmation number, and seeing the charge on my AMEX I was told they couldn't find the order and could only give me a credit. I was assured I could use the credit online next time I ordered. I tried again to order on July 6th at 5:50pm and there was no credit in my account. I went ahead and paid on my credit card instead. Two minutes later I got a call that once again the store was closed. At least this time I am getting a direct credit card refund. I no longer want a store credit for the first order, as it is of no use to me if the store isn't open during dinner time. Now I am having to wait for authorization from another manager to get credited for my first order. Dealing with this has been a huge waste of my time. While it's annoying to not have them open during normal dinner hours, none of this would have been an issue if they would simply shut down the app from taking orders when the store isn't actually open. If the mobile app isn't built to allow this, it's a huge functionality fail by...

There are clearly issues with the online ordering and also seems like it was a system forced on a location that was not prepared for the massive orders coming in left and right. Staff is very friendly and you can tell they are all working their butts off. If you’re just patient, orders come out smoothly and the staff is very polite and respectful despite being harassed in a stressful environment. I was waiting for a sandwich for 15 mins or so, not a big deal. During that time 5 of the 7 customers that came in were very rude and hostile towards a group of employees doing their best during the lunch rush on a weekend. It’s not like they are standing around doing nothing, all the workers were working hard despite having issues with their systems and computers, none of which are their fault. If you can’t be patient or polite then just stay home and make your own sandwich because they don’t deserve to be harassed for working hard to please ungrateful, angry and entitled...

My problem is either at a corporate or franchise level.
I ordered the limited time Frenchie Baguette. On the list of free items they will put on your sandwich is Dijon mustard. I was told they are not allowed to oh this sandwich, the man said I'm sorry but they will not let me do it.
All the large franchises are upset about losing market share. With poor customer service not allowing an employee to satisfy a customer the pleasure of a nickles worth of mustard on a five dollar sandwich, they will be telling there share holders that is not the product that's screwing up or stock prices it's just the fact we could care less about pleasing our customers (hey there's no customer with a nickles worth of mustard).
So this is the start of my one...
