El pariente food truck — Restaurant in Weatherford

This is a food truck and they don't have setting area; it is to-go only. I've been looking for The Place to go for tacos, gorditas, etc. Read their reviews and figured I'd give them a go. Unfortunately, I was not impressed. Quesabirria taco was on the bland side. The carne asada had no meat flavor. Too much seasonings maybe? Plus, I thought it was ground beef at first. Best taco truck I’ve ever had. I find myself driving by just to see if it’s open before I go to any restaurant or food establishments. Fast and easy in and out. Never had quesabarrias, or tortas like these. I’m a bean snob and they sell me full cups everytime....
