12/4/24 The new BACON Jalapeno Double There is no BACON. Only a disgusting amount of mayo. It's been over a year since I gave them a chance again. This new sandwich is more expensive than all the others, and looks like trash. What a joke.
9/1/2023 new entry I will officially never go back. What a shame. It's been a few more visits, and it only gets worse. Both locations in Weatherford are a total joke. They either don't have it, can't handle it, or don't care. EVERY TIME.

This time it's the meat. I've eaten better cardboard. I guess it was retaliation. I asked them to "please cook the onions." So I guess that translates to, overcook the patties until they're capable of achieving lift. Thanks. Goodbye whatashitter.
Some time before 5/25/21... Normally great food and service. Haven't been there in months though. Tonight.. Terrible patty melt and forgetful service. Everything on the burger was undercooked, except the toast which was burned, onions clearly never touched the grill. Raw onions tasted like feet. Kicker is, I spent at least 15mins in the drive-thru. No excuse for undercooked food, being that the menu is entirely composed of less than 10min ticket items, far less than 10.
5/25/21 addition You need to figure out your grill cook training. I used to love this place. Took a break after a few bad runs. Came back a handful of times this year, most recently tonight. I really don't mind the drive-thru wait. When you're popular, you're popular. All I care about is the quality and accuracy. Accuracy was fine, but you HAVE to teach your cooks how to caramelize onions. They've come out raw every time Ive been there in the past couple years. Speed does not trump flavor, never will. Read moreWe live on the outskirts of weatherford, so it takes us roughly 20 min one way to come to this whataburger. It was newly renovated and looks really good. They really changed the vibe and gave it a much needed face lift. First off the service was actually good and the food we did get was also good. Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional. We wanted to give it a shot but unfortunately they didn’t live up to our expectations. We ordered about $40 worth of food and half of our order was incorrect. They forgot multiple things and we sat at the window waiting for our food for about 10 min. Honestly I didn’t mind the wait at all. What I’m frustrated about is missing items and wrong items. I attempted to call but it kept giving busy signal. They definitely didn’t seem understaffed, in fact looked over staffed. Maybe they are working out some kinks, but it’s definitely frustrating to drive 40 min taking the family out for a treat and than getting home with missing items/ completely wrong items.
