Nizza Pizza Pasta & Subs — Restaurant in Weatherford

Extremely disappointed! Nizza Pizza used to be my favorite restaurant, we would go at least once a week & either sit down there to eat or order it to go. However, recently when we have gone there the alfredo sauce has been terrible. We decided to give them one last shot hoping that they fixed whatever was going on with their alfredo sauce. We ordered one of the same things we get nearly every time we go there, chicken parmigiana with alfredo sauce instead of marinara & we have never had an issue with that until tonight. We ordered it to go and the girl who took our order made it seem as if we weren’t allowed to order that. When my husband went & pick up the one entree that we ordered the total was over $16 when it’s usually right at $12. My husband asked why it was so expensive for one entree and they told us they had to charge us $4 for a bowl of alfredo. We have ordered this well over 10 times from there and have NEVER been charged extra for substituting a sauce, much less $4 for doing so. When I called and spoke to the manager about the issue, what was said to me was “Sorry, you should have been charged an extra $4 every single time you’ve ordered that in the past.” When my husband got home with the order, the chicken parmigiana & pasta had barely, if any, alfredo sauce on it. It was just covered in melted cheese and the pasta was extremely dry. It makes me so sad because they used to be the best and my husband & I would go there all the time! So honestly disappointed and grossed out by nizza pizza tonight. We live right down the road and go there fairly often for their calzones. Halfway through mine I bit into a really long piece of blonde hair. one hair, no big deal. I’ve worked in food service I get it. But my fiancé picked up his calzone and there were several hairs melted into the cheese on his plate. We decide to call up there and ask if we could get a refund, even thanked for how politely we had asked the owner. He talks us into just replacing our calzones today, and we live a block away so we were perfectly happy with that. My fiance goes up there and brings the rest of the calzones with the hair still on the plate. The owner starts acting like he can’t see anything and when he is shown asks what color hair his girl has and when he tells him starts claiming we planted it. My fiancé then points out that his plate was actually that one and he starts saying the obviously it’s a red hair since my fiancé has red hair. I get that people try to get one over on customer service workers but this was not the case. My fiancé told him ”well I really don’t appreciate being accused of this” and told them they can keep the rest of the calzones with the hair and the ones they remade for us. I will never use this restaurant ever again due to their horrendous customer service. The 30-ish blonde cashier was more concerned with her being right and with her customer being wrong. She held up her little ticket receipt tapping on it with her little pen to prove that it was supposed to be ready at 10:30 in the morning... Please see photo they still missed their time it was supposed to be ready by an hour. The food is good very good but it would be a terrible mistake to order anything early. By the time we're ready to eat it's already going to be leftovers. She did not even offer to make it right or ask to see my screenshot order. She just wanted to be right and for me to be wrong. This is the first time I have ever been treated that way in all of Weatherford. I told her even that I was going to do a review and she snapped out that's fine! Update... Spoke with the manager. He did the same thing. And then said God bless you... Oh God bless you. As a Christian I am a bit offended. Honestly I really hope that he is praying for me because the Bible says we are to pray for our enemies. His tone of voice...
