I don't like doing this anytime especially Christmas time and with everyone being short handed (which is why I tipped the Car Hop $10) but... I ordered my usual from Sonic on Main St in Weatherford and the burger was wrong by a lot. Last time I was there it was messed up too but I ate it. I couldn't stomach it this time. I told them my burger was wrong and was not made the way it clearly said on the receipt could they fix it. They nicely said yes and brought me another one. It was wrong too but in a different way. I decided I wasn't gonna request a 3rd do over and asked for my money back. They said yes and brought me my refund receipt back. The Car Hop was very apologetic but informed me that I had to give the med drink and the tater tots back. I had already consumed about half of both waiting on the rest of my order. That's what really irritated me. You know you're going to throw it away so why not let the customer at least keep it at this point? Told her I would never come back. I can only hope the Sonic manager sees this and learns a little customer service can go a long way. Read moreI placed two different online mobile orders through their app for this sonic location. My brother came up here to pick up both orders (he didn’t know what was on both orders) made sure to ask them if we had both orders and they assured him that he did so he came home. When he got home they completely forgot one of the orders. So I had to come back up to the restaurant and tell them that they forgot our order and the lady I spoke with began to tell me that he didn’t say he had two orders and I told her that he did and she told me well regardless we can’t have one person here to pick up multiple orders. And then said that it was our fault because we should have made sure that we had both orders before driving off. THATS WHAT HE DID!!! I will never come to this sonic ever again. They have lost my business and I have been coming here for years. I will not be disrespected like this. Read moreThey are ALWAYS slow, even when they aren't busy. Car hops are typically really friendly(the only reason they get 2 stars). Tonight we went to get wacky packs, which we don't do (normally drinks, snacks, shakes but never a meal).We got home and the kids opened their bags to see what toy they had, they were extremely disappointed, neither of my kids got toys. Only one of the wacky packs had a coupon for a free ice cream. I called to see why there were no toys. The first lady I talked to was nice, took my name so I could come get the toys and explained that they had been out and now have toys. But I also ended up talking to the "manager". She almost immediately had an attitude, then proceeded to argue with me. Needless to say, if this is the customer service experience that is going to be given by the "manager", we will not be back.
