Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Weatherford

Worst food and service ever. 1st placed order for pan pepperoni with peppers and had to give me my money back because they had no jalipino's. I get home and our large pan pizza is in 2 small box's because they had no large box's, then i didn't have a simple pepperoni pizza so the manager tells me he will have one for me just come in and it will be ready. I go up there the manager is gone a kid is working and no pizzas are ready any where so I told him I would be back in an hour and he said ok, an hour goes by I go up there and again no pizza and I ask for my money back and the kid tells me no I can not give you back your money I have to wait for my pizza there is one person ahead of me and a lady comes in after me and he serves me LAST!!!!! Now I'm not so upset that he served the man 1st but he served the lady ahead of me for just pure spite I ask for corporate office number and he threatens to call the police telling me I'm belligerent I'm not telling or cussing I'm asking for the Corporate phn numbers and of course there not posted and he is still THREATNING to call the police the big old man that works out there is outside smoking a cigarette takes my license plate number and then the kid lights up so he wanted me out of the store so he could smoke also. WOW GREAT PLACE TO NOT EVER EAT...

Former employee, this review is mostly for those intending to apply and work here. I'm writing this review because I noticed they are looking for a new GM at this store in local ads, affirming my issues with why I left. The GM gave all the hours to her 2 sons that work there for her and their GF's and everyone else got the scraps. I was told my first week pay would be held and would see it on my first bi-weekly check. Well I have a wage claim going on with them still as of 2-15-2025 because that was a lie and I never received it. Management has checked out I couldn't get answers about simple things how to do my job, employees are allowed to watch Netflix and listen to music while working making them very ineffective and making me have to work harder. GM took a month or so vacation after hiring me and other employees took advantage of it slacking off. When I stepped in to tell people they need to get to work and stop slacking I was stripped of hours for a week. No managers were doing it so I did then I was punished. When I came back I was only given 8 hours a week which I decided was pointless found better work and left. The workers tonight on 1/13/2023 are hard workers. It was super busy in little Caesars tonight, long story short I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, then sat and waited for my pizza to be made as I did not order ahead and was happy to wait for it. There were several people in and out and someone claimed my order as their own. I didn’t even realize or see it happen but after 20 minutes of waiting and just reading on my phone the cashier, Damon politely asked if I was still waiting on my food and then they realized someone had already picked it up. Without hesitation Damon and the manager terry apologized and immediately got to remaking my order and even refunded me for having to wait a little more AND gave us a free desert. I did not ask for any of that and was happy to wait but terry the manager insisted on making it right even though truly it was neither of our fault. I thanked terry and got to talking with her for a moment, terry is trying her best to turn around this LC location and make it run the best she possibly can!
