I photographed a wedding at the Parker County Courthouse. Not only was it a beautiful historic courthouse with its beautiful architecture, everyone was welcoming and Kind. From the security guard welcoming us, to the Court Coordinator also welcoming us with a tour of the courthouse and where photos could be taken. Then there was Country Judge Deen, so down to earth, humble, and you would of thought this was just a casual family visit. He sat down my couple in his office and just talked. The way he slowed down the rush and nerves of getting married was a huge shift for my couple. He took his time and care in marrying the couple. For the many weddings at courthouse, we are usually rushed in and out. Judge Deen took his time as though he was expecting important guests. He introduced himself to the family and even me, the photographer. He prayed with the family, took time to give the newlywed advice, and invited us to continue taking pictures in the courthouse. This was impressive and I know meant a lot to the newlywed and their family. The courthouse is located in a busy roundabout, so all the cars and trucks were hooking to celebrate the newlyweds! Thank you Parker County Courthouse for one amazing moment and making their wedding greater than...
