Well if you want to be talked to like you are a sub-human this is the place for you. If you want to be treated like you're wasting their time by making the horrible mistake of asking questions about firearms in the back, this is the place for you. And if you really want to be treated as the bottom of the barrel of society, go speak to Brandon here in the gun section (who I later found out is one of the owners of this place). I'm a medically retired law enforcement officer and I don't know everything there is to know about guns but just a little. I simply asked some questions about some model guns that they had here and boy that was a mistake. I like to learn things and I was asking some questions about a gun on the wall and apparently I made an assumption about what type it was and was treated like bacteria not worthy of Brandon's time. I was treated like a complete moron. Not only did he not grace me by even turning around to look at me most of the time that I was wasting his time apparently, he gave me one word answers. I think it even made the girl employee feel awkward next to him. I can't stress enough how over the top polite and nice and inquisitive I was, I was very polite, but Brandon couldn't have cared less. He treated me like my time here was a waste of his time and did not care whatsoever about my questions. Apparently my questions were so incredibly stupid they just deserved one or two word answers. Sorry I don't know everything there is to know about every single firearm and every single make and every single model ever made, but boy if you have questions and you want to be treated like a complete moron if you don't know it all off the top of your head, this is the place for you. Tried to purchase item, I was told they had in back stock. took my number said they would call in the next couple of days to confirm . 5days later I made 3 phone calls, 1 visits, and multiple emails. All I asked was for confirmation of yes or no. Ended up purchasing elsewhere. Such a disappointment. I really wanted to do business there there. I know SOS and Gibsons are supposed to be separated. I left my stihl chainsaw to be cleaned up and have any necessary repairs before I was going to donate it to a church charity. I left it on May 10, saying I needed it by June 3. I was never contacted by anyone there. I had to call three times and each time I could tell the person answering had no idea what I was talking about. It is now June 23, and I went to get the saw. What proceeded from that was a most obvious cover up of the lack of care for a long-time customer. They first could not find it, then they scurried behind closed doors saying they wanted to make sure it worked. The could have done that in front of me, but what they were doing was quickly creating a work tag for it with an appropriate date. It was obvious what they were doing. Then they came out saying a part had been ordered and they were waiting, but I saw no such order. And HOW would they order a part for a saw that had NEVER HAD THE CASE OPEN!!?? This was so disrespectful. They did not offer any acknowledgement that someone had dropped the ball nor offer any compensation. I will never use them and I will do my best to dissuade anyone else...
