Taco Bell in Weatherford has hosed my order up 2 times in a row. I placed an app order 1 week ago, and 3 items were missing. I asked the clerk at the drive-thru if everything was in the box, it looked too small to hold my order, and she assured me it was complete. I have to say that she was very nice. I live outside of town and didn't check my order before I left the store, and I realized my order was short. Since it was an app order, it had been paid for when I placed the order. I tried calling the phone number listed as the W'ford store, and it rang busy the multiple times I tried calling. Weatherford is area code 580 but the number listed is a 405 area code number. I sent an e-mail to the address listed on the local store page describing what happened along with the time, receipt number, total, and many more details believing I would get a response, but no response. I live in the country and wasn't willing to drive back to town for the three items, but I wanted credit or a refund. The fact that I didn't check my order isn't a consideration, and not being willing to drive back to town doesn't make the mistake my responsibility. The mistake made on my order isn't my biggest complaint, it's the lack of a response to my e-mail. Customers should be able to contact the store or the franchise owner, or their representative. This issue is still unresolved. Tonight I attempted to place an app order but it kept giving me a message to the effect that the app had lost communication with the store. I drive in and started placing my order and realized the offer was an "app only" offer. I told the drive thru attendant I had attempted to place my order multiple times and the it was still on my phone. I asked if they could honor the app deal, but she said it wasn't possible. I had placed one part of the order but said to cancel it, I'd go somewhere else. I went to Taco Mayo, there were no problems there. I've ordered 4 times, and 2 times didn't work out, AND they have my money from a week ago. Adios...
Read moreThis is the third time I went at the night time to buy food but I always go in the day time because the day time employees always makes my nacho fries fresh and well done just the way I ordered it but the night time employees, first the cashier, which is a black hair girl, if she really does her job well she would have got my order right the first time because I did remind her to please I want my fries fresh and well done, she always say yeah yeah but never does then when I complain about it she hides in the back and was laughing but she’s the one who took my order then the manager comes strolling to me with an attitude like I didn’t request my nacho fries fresh and well done. If they don’t want my money then so be it. I’m never going there at night time because they sucks and sucks bad. I even ask the black hair cashier about something on the menu that is crunchy on the outside but soft in the inside but she gave me the opposite and I don’t think she even knows what the hell she’s selling to the customers. The day time employees are awesome and I appreciate them for always coming through for Taco Bell customers. As for the night time crew, I think they are a bunch of zombies just showing up for work to get paid without knowing the fact it’s our money that’s paying them. Don’t get me wrong, I as a customer wants what I’m paying for the way I want and it’s simple. And plus i sometimes give out tips knowing they are working to make ends meet just like everyone else. I just want a good change in the night crew please...
Read moreI ordered online and paid online. We went to pick the order up and when we got there, we were informed that door dash picked up our order. How in the world did they give our order to them when I clearly put "pickup" "in store" on our order. This was very disappointing because they told us there wasn't anything they could do about our $74 order that was already paid for. Then one of the nitwits finally got smart and called door dash and they were told they picked up the wrong order. So they finally were going to remake our order. I don't have a clue if anyone there knows how to count but 24 crispy tacos does not mean 10 in each box. Plus they forgot half of the stuff on our combos. We got the main items like the Mexican pizza and the 2 crunch wraps and the drinks for the 3 combos but what happened to the rest? This place is a joke. The worst experience I have ever had. They just dropped the ball on this one and lost our business. THUMBS DOWN!! MY OPINION, FIRE THEM ALL!! They give this franchise a bad reputation. PEOPLE, PLEASE, KEEP YOUR DISTANCE FROM...
