Empire Wok — Restaurant in Webster

It saddens me that I have to change my original post. Today I went here with my fiance, stepson and grandkids and we had the worst experience ever. When leaving the restaurant my fiance went to assist my granddaughter with getting her straped in when a man came outside and started yelling at us about having hit his car with our door. Tried explaining to him that we did not hit his door and if we did it wasn’t intentional. We were parked in handicap and as the picture i attached shows the man who identified himself as a delivery driver and said where he parks is delivery driver parking is actually ILLEGAL PARKING! Had he not been on top of our vehicle and parked illegally his vehicle would not have been hit if it even was hit by our door. He then made more threats saying he was going to call the cops and say we were drinking and try to cause problems for us. Yes we had ordered a drink but we didn’t even finish it. When I called the manager about this incident he tried to defend the driver, after discussing the matter with him few minutes the manager finally admitted that the delivery driver is a long time friend of 15+ years of his. If I could give no stars I would. I cannot believe the disrespect I experienced today. I am a repeat costumer and they have not had the best service but the food is usually pretty good except for today. We ordered wonton soups and three meals for pickup. We pay and pick up our food and go home. Imagine our shock when we open our wonton soup and find MOLD, not in the meat where it confused for a scallion but on and in the dough so we call and ask for a refund and they accuse of of lying and make us go back to show them. We take pictures to have proof and go inside, the front worker insists that it’s scallion and we are lying. As previously mentioned we had come before and gotten a refund for an egg roll that was under cooked and our food being cold. She tells us that we are doing this to get her fired and that we are taking advantage of her kindness. She called over two co workers who both looked just as concerned as us and agreed that it was mold she let us know that there couldn’t possibly have been mold because the food was made on Sunday. (it’s Tuesday….)so they are serving three day old food. She gave us a full refund and said that we were not allowed to get anymore refunds.(which we are fine with because we WILL NOT...

I love the food it's a great place and the food is great..I would have gave a 5 star review but me and my wife have now ordered 3 times in a row for delivery and all 3 times our orders have came either completely wrong or missing items or wrong items each time and when we call to try an correct the order that we paid for an it all shows on the receipts that perfectly what was ordered but the orders are still wrong an to fix the order they try and make you pay for it again even though the items are missing and we have had to literally argue an fight with the person handling the calls telling us we have to pay for it again and that we are wrong or lieing about the order being incorrect or missing items that we already paid for and did no recieve but other then the delivery being a hassle each time I would recommend going there to dine in the food is fantastic and the customer service is excellent atleast when dining in the restaurant but I also recommend not ordering for delivery it will be wrong sn ti get your order fixed you have to fight and argue over the phone with whoever is handling the phone on there end and they will try and make you pay for it again even though you never recieved the items that you...
