Starbucks — Restaurant in Webster

I went there this morning and couldn't believe the experience. I had a basket of groceries (carry basket) and went to the counter to order. No one was there. About 3 minutes later a woman walks up with an irritated attitude like I interrupted her, and says, "Hi." So I order a venti cold brew and a venti strawberry refresher. She proceeds to make them then leaves them at the end of the counter. Tells me my total. I pay and she says, "You need a receipt?" I reply with a, "Yes please." She rushes back out from behind the counter and disappears. I go to the other end of the filthy counter to find my drinks and no holder. She's nowhere to be found to ask her for one. As I mentioned earlier, I had a basket of groceries. This was beyond inconvenient. I really felt like I was inconveniencing her. Does she not realize that without customers she does...

Most of the time I’m willing to pay the absurd prices for a good cup of Starbucks but never again at this location in webster, MA. Not only is the manager (I think) with blonde hair, insanely rude but in the 3 or 4 times I’ve been there my order has been wrong every single time. They NEVER have the ingredients needed for what the advertise and my latte I got today was literally a cup of WARM MILK. Get it together. Train your employees better and definitely get a new manager who actually cares about customer service. Lost my business for sure. Got some warm milk and a sandwich that tasted like cardboard/flaming trash bc once again the server got the order wrong. Do yourself a favor and either make your coffee at home or even settle for watered down Dunkins before you go to this...

First & last time in the Starbucks in Price Chopper. Haven’t had a bad experience here in Massachusetts since I came out to visit a few weeks ago until today. This blonde old lady in her mid 50’s-early 60’s, shoot she might have been 40 but looking like she was in her 60’s, did not sleep well or is experiencing a mid life crisis because she was extremely rude from the get-go. All I wanted was a hot blonde vanilla latte Venti and her attitude and demeanor was unwelcoming, and a little scary, to be honest. I don’t understand how someone can be ugly & mean.
