After an hour long ride home I decided to order a couple of Greek salads and order them online per the instructions on the voice recording when you try to call. I got home and noticed there was no dressing with it. When you order online it gives you several options to pick a dressing but none of them are Greek dressing option so I left it blank. When I realized there was no dressing I went back and they told me I left it blank so they didn't give me anything however I assumed because it was a Greek salad it should come with Greek dressing but apparently shame on me for making that assumption. instead of just trying to correct it the girl seemed very disinterested and helping me only suggest tell me that there was no instructions on the online ordering so they didn't add any. I would think maybe they would have asked me or realized someone just bought two salads with no dressing. Good food. However, I did have a poor customer service experience recently there. I ordered and paid for my order online. I recieved two confirmations of my order. When I went to pick up my order, I was told that I had to pay for it, again. I spoke to the manager, who insisted that all I did was put in the order, they received no payment. At this point, I was so disgusted and really disappointed, that I just paid again, and left with my pizzas. The smart thing on the managements part would have been to let it go. I pulled the info up on my laptop when I got home, and there it was, the two payments! Lesson learned. Buyer beware of ordering online with Bring Me That app!! Update: I was able to notify the bank, cancel my card and get a new one, and get a printout of the payments. Went to Lake Pizza, the manager was very nice and apologized, and gave me my money back. I work in very close proximity to Lake Pizza and had stopped in for lunch with a co-worker today. Had ordered buffalo chicken tenders for an app, they were delicious, we also ordered a large lake special with no salami, hamburger and ricotta on half. When the pizza came out, to my surprise ricotta was put on half of the pizza, being an understanding person, when the waitress had come back out , I had asked politely if we could get it re-made with ricotta only on half like we had asked and got an argument from the waitress saying this is not what we had ordered or asked for, after politely insisting that is what we had ordered, she then proceeded to put in a small pizza with no ricotta, we waited another 20 minutes. After the pizza was finished, the waitress delivered and virtually put it in the table firmly and continued to argue and insisted that we were the ones that got the order incorrect. It was an awful experience all around and will not be giving them my business...
