After reading all of the 5 star reviews we finally decided to give it a chance. We live, work and dine locally. Got there at 12:14p and by 1230p we hadn’t even seen a waitress. Asked the hostess if one. Then the circus began. Manager showed up. Took drink order. Handed that off to our waitress who finally showed up. I witnessed her casually conversing with a co-worker prior to coming over. 5 minutes go by, drinks show up. Ordered food, another 15 minutes and we needed the waitress but no where to be found. A different manager walked by and asked how everything was and I was honest. Her name was Olivia, and she immediately addressed all the issues. New waitress (which we did not request but made a huge difference), named Silver, was on point and was more of what you’d expect when you dine out. Attentive and professional. As the husband of someone who writes a food blog, I know from experience what the biggest issue was, and unfortunately it is all too common…. Being a waiter/waitress is REALLY HARD WORK IF IT’s DONE RIGHT. Not everyone can or should do it, but this place is full of waitstaff our kids age and they have no sense of urgency, attentiveness and are poor communicators if not properly trained. By all means, hire who you want but remember that the person you are sending to meet the customer for the first time can make or break that first impression. And social media is a powerful tool that cuts both ways. If the service sucks, the food could be Michelin Star-level, it won’t matter. Of course, a restaurant like this will always manage to make money but it shouldn’t be at the cost of any...

The place was seemingly amazing until disaster struck. First of all our Waitress decided to take 20 minutes until she asked for our drinks I didn’t want to be nosey or rude so I didn’t bother asking about it but I didn’t care all that much so long as I was able to be fed. Then we had to wait another 10-12 minutes to get our drinks because she decided to serve a different table which sat down after us which had once again ticked me off but once again not enough to make a deal out of it. I can’t remember the waitresses name but I want to give it the benefit of the doubt and say she was new. It was super noisy which I can’t expect much from it people do as they like, but the seats were also so dirty we had to wipe off the seats before sitting down. Once again all these seemingly little details slowly adding up. Another thing I noticed is that the younger staff seemed to care less about serving and more about talking with their friends. Alas the final thing that ticked me off is that I ordered a grilled cheese off the kids menu as a joke with my buddies, when I gave the order I had assumed I would get my fair share of food and be fed and get a laugh out of my friends. But boy was I wrong, I paid almost 7 dollars for HALF a grilled cheese. I find all this combined adding up to an unenjoyable experience and sorry for the harsh rating but I feel as if it’s the most honest...
